I woke up to my ac sending a burnt smell throughout the house. I called Agbo at 8am thinking I could get an appointment for the next day but was told they could come out the same day between 10-12. Reagan was there by 11am. He examined the AC and determined that it needed to be cleaned right immediately and that the capacitor would needed changing soon. He explained how the AC works as well as what his steps were to fix. Wishing an hour my AC was up and running with no issue. I will be using them again when needed.

I had a main line back up and called Regan to come out for a quote. Once his team member Kodi looked at the line, the quote was way more than expected. Rather than a simple rodding that fixed the situation, he quoted using a machine that would take hours. I decided to go with the other company that was 70% cheaper and guaranteed their work for 6 months.

At the same time I had the plumbing issue, my AC was leaking. Seeing that the company worked on AC I asked if Kofi can take a look which he gladly did. He did tell me Regan was the more knowledgeable one on AC and he got him on the phone to help. It ended up being a easy fix of which I am thankful of.

I'll keep them in mind for future services.

This is probably amazing to "" bump "" into a plumber truck and meet a very professional plumber that not only does plumber but also HVAC. Reagan Agbo came to our condo building and not only works perfectly and redid our pipes for HVAC and hot water but left the area clean and really cares about his work. As a President if the condo association I will recommend this company without further research ! What a great job and very professional and reasonably priced quote! A must !
