Hired to uncap a sealed gas line for hooking up a new clothes dryer. Arrived quickly after the dryer was delivered and completed the installation despite the dryer missing a neccessary adapter for the gas line.

Undependable. Said they would be at my home in two hours. I booked the appointment but continued to search for a plumber that could show up sooner. Got someone after about 45 mins. ARS' plumber called four hours later saying they were on their way. I said don't bother. Off my list and will never use them again.

ARS was fantastic. My whole room was flooded on a Sunday night and Fernando was able to come within the hour. He was very knowledgeable, fixed our issue and even came back the next day to make sure everything was running properly. He even rechecked everything to make sure nothing else was wrong. That was after I had payed him and had no reason to come back. The customer service by itself was amazing, especially in a time where I was stressed. You wont be disappointed!

Fernando and his assistant were very professional. They delivered a superb work and followed exactly the work plan that we agreed upon for a very reasonable fee.

We are in the process of selling a house and had to correct a couple of plumbing discrepancies identified by the buyer's inspector. We had to fix the issues before the appraiser comes the following Wednesday. We received the report on a Friday. Started yelping that evening and received a couple of automatic responses ARS was the first to send a real message followed by a phone call.

Fermando was very professional in terms of his presentation, cost estimate and his work proposal. He understood the urgency of the need; he started and finished the job as planned and promised.

Ethical employees keeps the culture and mindset of work ethic which reflects true sense of the word ""neighborhood"".

Value driven business owner Fernando created a language for me, a paying, stressed out client-neighbor who needs no B.S. assessment and not influenced by commerce. Fernando truly show the sincerest concern to a fellow human being with safety and security in check.

Lastly, ARS and it's culture of neighborhood relationship builder creates a sense of belongingness that words cannot express how rare it is to find a lasting relationship in business and customer service.
