We had just bought a new fridge and had it delivered to our house to find out that the water lines behind our fridge were corroded beyond use. We were worried that we were going to be stuck without water but we were fortunate that ARS was able to come out that same day and take care of our problem in no time at all. They were afdordable, responsive, professional and did a fantastic job. I will be using them for all of my future plumbing needs.

Quick problem solving ,Where its going to cost you more damage . At no point was there a proper communication to solve the problem (leak) right away it was left as is, They just wrote down some bs bid report as to what he thought he should do, didn't intent to even quick fix & didn't even have to do any of the things listed at the end the job was done because it was necessary emergency, my lesson learned is always get a 2nd quote don't call this company call Drain Mob

I contacted the business for a quote. I was informed that it was free for the tech to come out assess the situation (leaking toilet) and turn off the water valve (it seemed to not fully turn off) then a quote would be provided for what needed to be fixed. The tech came out turned the valve off then provided a quote on what was needed to fix a leaking toilet. He went on to try and charge $100 for turning off the valve. I informed him of what I was told before he came out. He called back to the main office to confirm and ended up saying we didn't need to pay anything. I did end up still tipping him $50 for his services. Later that day I received a text message asking for a review. Then another that I am sure was sent to me on accident saying I was a bad customer with bad habits. That was completely untrue. We were more than friendly and accommodating. He also was servicing a guest bathroom that is never really used and cleaned frequently.

Had a clogged toilet on a Sunday morning and was afraid it would get worse and spill over. Fernando to the rescue! He came out with minimal notice did A quick inspection and tested a few things. He was friendly and informative. This business is locally owned and is convenient6 located in the South Bay. Highly recommend this company. Thank you, Fernando. Your help is appreciated!!!!

Fernando at AR plumbing is absolutely WONDERFUL. We had a leak from an upstairs bathroom down to our family room and kitchen. I called 5 different businesses and Fernando was the first person to say ""I can be over whenever you're home"". From the moment he came to our door he was polite, professional, competent with his profession and communicated the problems I had with the leak so I could understand how it happened, how he could fix it and what it would end up costing. He encouraged me to contact my insurance company right away to make sure we were taken care of and if there was a different company the insurance company wanted us to use, to just let him know. Now let's talk about his workers. They showed up on time, every day and were very professional, polite and very hard working. I never felt like the job was dragging on or had doubts about the quality of workmanship. Fernando has very knowledgeable people on his team who were able to answer any questions I had and they would communicate my concerns with him so he was kept in the loop at all times. I can't thank AR Chula Vista Plumbing & Drain Service enough for their hard work in our home. From start to finish with this project, Fernando made the whole situation easy and accommodating for our family and I am so thankful for his time and help. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price as well as will be contacting them for any future plumbing repairs or upgrades we may need.

You don't ever want to hire this Plumbing and Drain Service! Minor repair in the bathtub faucet, which just needed to change the valve stem and handle. The faucet had been leaking. They came out the next day and when I showed Eduardo what was wrong, I asked how much and he called his boss to find out the price. I nearly feel off my feet when he said it would be $375!!

They never want to give a quote on the phone or ahead of time, they claim they must see it and then they quote you. But to change a valve stem that only costs about $20 at Home Depot, doesn't mean that you have to pay a fortune to get the labor part of it done. I told Eduardo that he can tell his boss that I won't need their services at that ridiculous price!

We have a 58 year old house and over the years have been experiencing slow draining and back-ups in the two bathrooms (toilets, tub, shower and sinks). This time the back-up was really bad. Water would not go down. Contacted my plumber but found out he had moved out of the area. Called a couple of companies my son worked with but they were too busy to come out. I got on Yelp and did my research and contacted AR-Chula Vista Plumbing and Drain Service. Fernando (the owner) answered my call right away and was out to the house that afternoon. He did a thorough evaluation of the situation. He was very meticulous on tracing the sewer lines and utilizing the camera to look inside the pipes. Turned out we needed all the sewer pipes replaced from the bathrooms to the street. A huge job we obviously were not expecting. Fernando was very professional and explained in detail what was going to happen during the repairs. He is very personable and easy to communicate with and stayed in contact with us throughout the entire job. He has the best crew! They prepped both the inside and outside of the house which was a challenge at times because there was a major rain storm that hit for about 3 days. They put up pop-up tents and tarps and ensured things were cleaned up every day. I have found my plumbing company and highly recommend that you contact them for all your plumbing needs.

They came to repair a leak and did a great restoration that repaired water damage. Also found underground deteriorated drains and sewer pipes. Complete bathroom update repaired and restored all damaged flooring. Now everything is done and way better than new. Thanks to Fernando and crew.

Had a gas line leak and these guys were the only ones, of the three places I called, to be able to actually show up the same day, give me a reasonable price and start the repairs the same day. Even though it was a two day repair process, I was able to use my gas stove that same evening that I called. So I really appreciated that. The workers were all super friendly and helpful and I would definitely use them again.
