Honest and upfront about how much he would charge for coming out on labor day after 3pm...so we were not surprised by any hidden charges.
Nothing ended up being wrong (suddenly started working again right when he showed up) but he still took the time to thoroughly make sure it was fine and washed the coils, which we appreciated.

My ac went out and he fit me in same day and was able to give me priority. He had great communication letting me know he was close and keeping me in the loop of what he was going to fix. He even gave me a newer thermostat. He didn't leave til he knew the work was done and was really nice throughout. I'm really glad my real estate agent went through him. I was really happy overall. I won't go through anyone else.

Our A/C went out yesterday and momma got on face book seasons and put out a request if anyone knew a good reliable A/C repair company and got some names but one stood out and that was Agape Air. She spoke to Jose Rocio (Owner) and set up an appointment Jose came out and made an assessment and the decision was to replace unit the following day (today) Jose came out with crew and crane and R &R'd unit no problems what so ever very knowledgeable and they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Jose's Company if you need any work or replacement Done in your unit and most of all it was refreshing to deal honest hard working fokks. Jose is so reliable, knowledgeable, proficient, accommodating, professional...I just really cannot say enough about how excellent his company is! He has even given me a second opinion on a job someone else did, gave me excellent advice & made it so the person whom originally serviced my unit could have the correct information to fix it correctly, with no further charge to me. I will from this point forward always call his company first! If you are looking for someone to fix your air conditioner correctly, fairly & not try to sell you something you don't need, he is your guy! I can truly say his company is the company you should call first & the one you should always choose!
