This company is horrible.
First they installed a water heater leaving the run off pipe draining water. Also they failed to check the water pressure while doing so. Which they said was normal for water to run for a few days. We believed them and didn't worry about it. Fast forward a month our water bill was over $500 and the water company called saying we were losing insane amounts of water. We called the company the no showed one time and then they rescheduled. They were an 1 1/2 hours late. Denied they left water running but did admit they never checked the water pressure to begin with. They said it needed to have a water pressure valve installed and said they would be back sometime today. Hours go by and they still hadn't returned. Finally I receive a text with a $700 bill. My husband reached out to them and said first we will pay for the parts but we will not pay for the labor because this is a problem that occurred because the job wasn't done right the first time they refused to come back without us paying the full $700 for a mistake that happened because they didn't do it right the first time, they were rude and they were unreliable. I definitely don't recommend this company because you will pay thousands of dollars for a job not done right and then have to pay hundreds to fix their mistake. The company had no remorse. I would not call this company again.
