I was very appreciative of the quick and efficient service I received recently. I realized one morning my kitchen faucet was leaking and then learned it leaked more than I thought when I looked under the sink. They came out and took care of the situation and I couldn't be more pleased.
Thank You

I just bought a house and during the inspection we found some plumbing issues that the owner signed an agreement to fix. The sellers used after hours and provided us with proof the work was done. The first night I moved into the house I realized none of the work was done and there was water all over the kitchen. The seller had no idea and when we tried to get after hours to guarantee their work they did not! They showed up for 5 minutes and blamed it on something else and then had the audacity to send my realtor a bill. I had to call another plumber to go back through everything to check it or do the work. No one should trust these people!

We have been long time customers of After Hours Plumbers and will likely never use them again. The services received are very good - we have always been happy with the technicians, they are very knowledgeable and courteous - but the billing is inflated.
We were charged $315 to unclog a drain (45 minutes of work) which translates to $420/hour, about double what my lawyer charges for highly difficult negotiations (our lawyer charged us $700 to get back $10,000 from someone who had stolen from us).
After Hour's hourly rate is $125. There was also a $75 charge for the equipment used which they own. No parts were used. This was not a job which required an advanced skill level; it was unclogging a drain (two actually). There was an hour travel charge which was also charged at $125/hour. We live in Leavenworth (20-30 minutes drive from west Wenatchee), but there were other customers in Leavenworth that day, so why is After Hours charging every customer the travel charge (1 hour)? This charge does not represent a real expense for After Hours, but an excuse to stick it to their customers. Why isn't After Hours charging from the time it takes to go from one customer to another, or at least dividing the travel time? Essentially they are charging for an expense they don't have by manipulating the numbers (and then yelling at their customers).
We put off the repair over the week-end to accommodate After Hours, meaning that they came 4 days after we called. We were happy to help them out even though it meant 4 days without a tub. So they thanked me by overcharging me.
I telephoned After Hours to discuss the bill. I was prepared to pay $200 for unclogging a drain at 45 minutes: still high, but I was prepared to pay it. I was polite but was met with attitude and a sarcastic tone of voice, which I truly don't appreciate: antagonizing and attacking, as if I am not entitled to feel that $315 for 45 minutes of work is too high. There was unquestionably the attempt to invalidate my concerns as well as to talk down to me. My reaction is not unusual. Everyone is tired of making $15-30/hour and being treated unfairly and charged way out of proportion to their salary. Believe me, I expect to pay a lot at the outset, and I rarely complain. Oft times I feel that I have been given a good deal, even when something is expensive. I am not one to begrudge every penny. Note that I have used After Hours many times, five or more times. After Hours will do a good job. The technicians are awesome. (One time I had a hole in my ceiling and Greg diagnosed it correctly when someone else was unable to.)
But be prepared to pay a great deal and don't expect to be valued as a customer. I least appreciated being treated rudely, particularly when I didn't express my concerns unkindly. I can be told ""yes"" or ""no"" and thereafter take appropriate steps (such as choosing never to use them again), but UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should I be treated with rudeness. I was communicating to this company that I felt I was being overcharged for the service I received. Period. Which I was. I am certainly entitled to have an opinion on whether or not I received value for my money. And I am not the one who is charging a higher hourly rate than other professionals providing more advanced services and inflating a bill with add-ons.

We have used After Hours Plumbing twice on an old farm house. Once to rescue us when we ran into too many issue during the remodel and most recent when we found moisture in the crawl space clearly not due to their prior work. Most recent, Brad was generous with his knowledge and encouraged us to DIY some things before we jumped in for no expensive reason. He even told us where to go for excavation should we need it.
The bill for his time was well below the estimate. Very happy customer.

After hours scheduled me for the same day when I had a leak under my house. The two men that came were very polite, friendly and professional. They did a good job and it didn't take long. Pricing very fair. I will be a return customer.

This company is fantastic! Their customer service is excellent and we've been very happy with their service. They were quickly able to come over to our house and fix our issues. We had a dishwasher leak, which ultimately was determined was caused by our water pressure valve that had stopped working. We just figured that our dishwasher was old! So this saved us from some potential other issues happening in the future. 100% Happy Customers!

We have used After Hours Plumbing three different times. Once was a planned upgrade on a number of systems in our 'unique' house and the work was done with great coordination. Two other times were emergencies; we needed a hot water heater replaced during Christmas break and another was a frozen pipe that broke which Greg fixed quickly. In both cases we got service within a day.
Thanks for great work!

This company does not answer their ""Emergency After Hours"" phone number. They were called out on a sewage blockage a month ago. The plumber did absolutely nothing because he could see some water flowing out into the street. Well a month goes by and now there is a total blockage. The sewage is in the bath tub and no one wants to answer the phone. Emergencies are just that, emergencies. When there is raw sewage in the bath tub, something is wrong and the company that is contracted to show up does not answer the phone to perform the work. This is the worst and most expensive crappy business ever to be conceived in the state of Washington. Complete and total waste of time and money. Never, ever, ever do business with this company if there is a choice in the matter.

They went to fix a toilet, but they didn't have a gasket in the truck. I had a brand, new, unopened one that the guy used. Plumber said it would work 'No problem'! Well the toilet is leaking again, but they won't warranty their work, because it was a gasket from a ""Big box store"" and all their stuff is JUNK! Never knew that it wouldnt be warranted if it wasnt their parts but Margaret says ""Everyone knows this is how it is!"" It did seem weird tho, that when THEIR supply line failed, it was a FLUKE! Several people I have talked to, never knew this either! P.S. The plumber was a nice guy!

Very rude and unprofessional. There service man smelled like an ashtray and left a huge mess in our house. They were unable to clear our drain and were very overpriced
