I have had After Hour Plumbing come to my home a few times now since we moved in a couple years ago.

Each time they have been great with their communication and have done top notch work.

I would especially like to point out their wonderful employee Sam Rivera. He really went above and beyond helping me with this last job. In a failed DIY project, I broke the cartridge to the shower valve. Sam had to do a lot of sleuthing to track down a compatible cartridge and in doing so saved me a lot of money since the alternative would have been to replace the entire valve.

Thanks a million Sam, I really appreciate your level of customer service.

I called yesterday because my faucet in my kitchen had been leaking for a little more then a week . When I called a lady answered ,I think her name was Taylor . She was very knowledgeable and scheduled my appt for the same day (which was surprising because usually you have to wait a couple days ). The techs are very skilled and efficient. Got the leak fixed quickly.
Would definitely be using them again .

Fast, professional service! I called After Hour Plumbing and Drain to check on a leak that a dishwasher installer had said needed to be fixed. The crew came within two hours, inspected all connections, tested the water, and gave me peace of mind that all was in order. To my surprise, they waived the service call fee and just said to call them back should I notice anything in the future.

After Hours Plumbing and Drain is by far the best plumbing service in Monterey. I have an old home--don't we all--and every time I give these guys a call, they are fast to arrive, do an outstanding job, and their prices are very reasonable.

As a brand, they knock it out of the park as well. All of their plumbers and service technicians are very friendly, and you can just tell they all love working together and working for After Hours Plumbing and Drain.

I would trust this company to work on anything. In fact, one of their plumbers is swapping out my hot water heater right now, and I trust their work so much, I'm leaving this five-star review while the job is in progress!
