About mid-morning, I noticed we had a sewer clog, by about 1:30 pm, After Hour had it cleared. Not cheap, but worth it!

I highly recommend this company. I had low pressure coming into my house. After doing some internet research i found some possible problems. I looked at many places and discovered this company with high reviews. From the very first call they were professional and forth coming. They gave a window of time when the a service tech would be on site. They kept you updated on where the tech was. When they came on site they diagnosed and found possible issues and found some other concerning issues. They gave a quote and it was on target. They knew what they were doing and followed all the Covid guidelines. They put on shoe booties when coming inside and they made sure everything work before leaving. Sam and Ivan were true professional. If i have any other plumbing needs i will definitely use them in the future.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. From my first phone call to completion of my sewer repair Tyler kept me updated with each step of my repair. They kept their appointment times and even sent me text to update me with arrival times. Everyone I spoke to from office staff to technicians on site were informative and professional. We called this plumbing company to install a valve for our new refrigerator's ice and water dispenser ($184 bucks). The plumber, Tyler was very polite and respectful; however, he installed the wrong water supply valve (he installed a valve for a dishwasher) and when the crew from Costco came to install the new refrigerator, they could not install the water/ice line. I called the company and Taylor asked me to talk to Tyler. I received a call from Tyler and he informed that he had replaced the valve I had indicated to him; however, I pointed out that he had removed the old valve, which was from the old refrigerator and besides, he was the expert, ""a plumber"" and it was reasonable for me to assume he knew what type of valve was needed. After all, that was the reason I had called a plumber and paid $184. Tyler claimed he did not know what type of valve was needed, which left me puzzled, ""WTF?"" you are a plumber....I called the office again and talked to Taylor and after informing them I could take this to small claims court (call another plumber to come and install the correct valve and then charge their company for the cost), Taylor informed me she could send another technician, but I needed to provide the refrigerator's model number, which we did (Tyler should have done that from the beginning). My wife sent a photo of the model number and later that day they sent another tech Jeremiah, who installed the correct valve. The reason I called this plumbing company was because of the reviews, but this will be the first and last time I call them for any plumbing work needed at my home.

From the second he answered the phone until he left the house, Tyler was attentive, professional and helpful. He listened carefully to what I saw as my problem, made an independent assessment of what the problem was, and offered me his professional view of what my short and long term options were. His office called to confirm the follow up actions based on the option that I selected. No pressure sales tactics, just facts. I now feel like I have a trusted friend in the plumbing business!!!!

Second time I have used After Hour Plumbing & Drain. Last week I had Tyler & Sam replace my water heater. They showed up on time, installed the
new water heater and removed the old one. Their price was reasonable and they did quality work. I am very happy with my new water heater and will

I called After Hour Plumbing in the afternoon and talked to Taylor. I had a plumbing drainage problem in my Seaside home bathroom and was told that someone would come shortly after 5:00 p.m. I received a text from Ivan that he is enroute and he arrived before 5:00 p.m. and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. The amount charged for his service was fair. He was very courteous and everyone is happy. Thank you and I'll call again when I need help. Five star rating on Yelp given.

I recently learned that my kitchen and laundry pipes somehow intersect with the bathtub in the main bathroom. How? It all started with being a complete overachiever on a day when I had nothing else going on. I ran loads of laundry, cooked and washed up excessively, cleaned the bathroom and kept going until I returned to the bathroom to see my bathtub filling up with gray water - lots of it. However, thankfully, while it DIDN'T stink (thanks to my general rule of thumb with making sure any food refuse went into the trash before entering the sink for a pre-rinse), it still triggered quite an amount of anxiety.

For some, it's the sight of blood that stopped their pursuit of the medical field. For some, it's the thought of math that prevents them from considering the science and finance fields. For me, it's looking at any form of sewage REGARDLESS of smell that I knew I'd always pay a shiny penny to have good plumbers in my network. I don't care how clean the gray water is...I will never have the stomach for it and will quickly develop the worst gag reflex known to humankind.

Fast forward to After Hour Plumbing and Drain (after trying repeatedly to no success in emptying my new unwanted home reservoir):

I had called just about every plumber in the area and NO ONE was available for up to a couple days. Panic mode was about to set in when After Hour Plumbing returned my missed call.

At the end of the other line was a sweet feminine voice that chirped the words I really NEEDED to hear. ""I'm sorry I missed your call, is there something we could do for you?""

YES. SAVE MY FREAKING LIFE and return my sanity too.

I explained what has happened and they immediately told me that despite being booked up for regular hours, they could still get someone to me by the end of day at a slightly premium price OR be willing to wait until the next regular price point. Do you want to guess my answer? It's pretty obvious.

Long story short, I already knew it would be an easy job with the right equipment. I didn't have that equipment and when I realized how far the hard blockage was from the kitchen sink (25 feet+) after I heard that snake THUD hard enough to shake the floors, I knew there was nothing I could do even if I tried. So thank you all for accommodating my needs. I don't care about the premium price for after regular hour services. It's being able to RELY on someone to show up ASAP and deal with my one kryptonite.
