I made an appointment between 1-3pm to inspect a water treatment system that I believed wasn't working. At 3pm I called to determine ETA and was told """"they are 15 minutes away"""". 45 minutes later is when they arrived. The appearance of the workers was unprofessional. Within about 5 minutes of inspection I was told that my entire system needed to be replaced. For about 30 minutes the workers attempted to scare me by telling me how bad my system was and showing me samples and testing they knew I didn't understand, and """"they really feel bad telling me"""". Their quote to replace the system was $5,000. For the service I was charged $100 for them to come out and do nothing but tell me my system was shot. My gut told me to get another company out to evaluate. This other company came out the next day and made repairs to my system for $800 and now my system is working well.

Did a great job replacing my well water treatment system. Mike and his son are good at what they do and made sure that I was happy with it before they left. I'd highly recommend.

Do yourself a favor and do not buy from these people. We now have to have a plumber come out and fix the three leaks in the system they installed. We all send the plumber bill to them but as always they are not ethical so it probably will not get paid. Keep in tune for more updates as we proceed with the repair process. Will include pictures on next update.

Had them come out to do a Resin system replacement to water softener system and they had a problem with the resin getting back into the house and it clogged up my three bathrooms toilets and one of my showers. They said they would take care of it for free and they were able to unclog 2 of the toilets but the third needed to replace float assy and they did.The only thing is they charged me for the part cause the labor was free but not the parts. 1st mistake!! Then they had to come back with a compressor to unclog the bathroom shower. They did and at the same time had notice that the water softener system plumming was routed wrong and that the by-pass was leaking, so I had them do that as well. Mind you that I have been in this house for 3 yrs and the system has been in since 1998 and the name of there company is all over the system cause they have been servicing it for a while but they tell me they didn't install the softener system, so it wasn't there fault and in all the years of servicing the system didn't notice it was done wrong. The problem I'm getting at is they charged me for re-pluming the system for $75 plus the valve leak and on top of that the labor for being there an hour and a half doing this work and trying to unclog the shower that was suppose to be free, and it didn't unclog and I still need to get a plummer now to finish the job. So they charged me for there mistakes and they charge you $75 for re-pluming plus the labor on top of that, you would thing that when they say $75 for a job that includes the labor. I'd be careful with them!!
