In my profession I have to call on plumbers for sewer inspections on a regular basis. It is not always my decision which company is used for these inspections. I have had experience with other companies in the past and have been left with mediocre to poor results. When Affordable Trenchless is called for the job I know the inspector will be on-time, will explain the sewer scope in detail, the sewer line will be recorded for my client(s) to view at a later time, and if there are any issues they will provide a quote and make themselves available within short notice to make sure the issue is managed as the client requests. The inspectors are are always courtesy, and the office staff friendly on the phone. I have been calling on Affordable Trenchless for their services for about 5-6 years now and I will continue to do so in the future.

These guys rock! They did a mainline spot repair for me in September 21'. After the huge record breaking rain happened over the weekend in October 21' I noticed some areas in my yard that settled near the mainline which is typical, but it was a concerning amount. I thought I might have had a mainline collapse. They came right out after I called to inspect the line where they did the work and even inspected outside of the original scope of work. The owner of the company is the one who came to my door! Fortunately, no mainline break and I have peace of mind. This is how business is done. I will be a repeat customer if I need any plumbing work done.

RYAN has the most up to date technology. The sewer camera had a huge screen. For the first time after 3 plumbers in 6 years, I saw what was happening in my sewer line. I was ready to throw money at it. But Ryan told me to call the city because they do it for free when it is so near the street. Can you believe he didn't take a dime! Ryan and his company are amazing. My wife said he was a knight in shining armor after he rescued us and our home from a broken sewer main and root intrusion issues here in a 100 year old house in Curtis Park. Frankly, it's been a nightmare for about 5 days after having another company come out and roto-rooter the line which helped for a full day before we had an overflow situation into the master bedroom and tubs. Ryan is just a super cool, plain spoken, good person who took the time to educate us on longer term options while fixing the immediate issue at a reasonable price. I highly recommend him and his company.

Ryan the owner of this company Has done many main water line fours for me. Always squeezed me in the schedule always a fair price always got the job done. I typically do not leave reviews, however Affordable Trenchless performed a super service which needs a review. It all started with the water company letting me know that I have a leak which after examination became a nightmare that was getting worse. After calling more than 4 companies, Affordable Trenchless came, explained, and I decided that these people really know and explain everything. I signed the contact and they came several days earlier than planned (which is a good thing, because the water is pouring under the concrete). Then we had a bit of an issue with a leaking pipe connection, which after a phone call was solved quickly as well. All I can say that it was a superb job, excellent service, and best price! Ryan and his team are bar none the ""Best In the Business."" As a real estate professional I have been using their services for over 16 years and they NEVER disappoint! This company went above and beyond for some ""major"" , as another company put it, under my house.
Brent was fantastic to deal with. Prompt and professional.
When scheduling, I spoke with Karen. She was a professional to say the least. She was able to schedule around my time frame, and when the ""crew"" was running a tad late, she called and explained the situation.
When the crew showed, Ryan, who appears to be in charge, was so sorry for delaying the service.

As for the ""major"" repairs that I had been quoted astronomical amounts of money to fix.
Ryan armed only with a flashlight, and a camera marched under my house with no regards for his safety/health.
After about 15 minutes he had diagnosed the
""Major"" issue.
Not only was the issue a ""quick and simple fix"", Ryan went out of his way to describe problem, repair options, as well as pictures of damage.
After discussing the options, we settled on one.
Ryan went to the fully stocked repair vehicle, grabbed some necessary parts and then went back down under.
Other companies had estimated thousands of dollars in repairs and replacing ALL the rotted out pipes
Ryan not only showed me the lack of rotten pipes, but repaired an air conditioning duct for me too.
He might not have been here very long, but the affordable bill was thousands under the other companies, and for the work he did, in the conditions he did them, I'd have paid more.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for HONEST repairs.
