I had a backed up sewer line on the 21oct22. I called Flow Right because I used them last year and it was 75.00. They sent a tech out on the 26oct. He opened the drain but did not snake it the entire length. My laundry water came out a few days later. Called again and was put on management call back list??? ""Manager"" called back 2 days later. Said I could get refund or would send another tech to do right. The tech came 2 days later put snake in drain for about 15 minutes and said he could go no further that my pipe was broken and needed to be replaced. Manager said would need to hydro and cam for 488.00 on top of what I had already paid(135.00 for nothing). Also stated my sewer pipe probably needed replacing since I live in such an old house and they would be happy to bid on that as well. The sewer is completely clogged now that was a slow drain before the 2nd tech came out.
So this terrible experience started on the 26oct and lasted through the 9nov with 2 hour time frames which where not adhered to either time.

I decided I was being scammed so I started reading and found this company, AFFORDABLE SEWER & DRAIN!!! I called and spoke to a very nice gentleman named Jeff and explained the situation. He advised me he would come out that same very day! What a difference and he got here exactly when he said he would!

I was stressed out already due to Flow Right!!! Jeff was very calm and told me that he would get it resolved before he even did any work. He calmed me down right away. He was able to get the snake through the entire length of my sewer line SEVERAL times in less than an hour. After the work was completed and he showed me the bill my mouth feel open in disbelief!!! He was kind and courteous and treated me with respect unlike the other company and his prices are just unbelievable comparatively. What a GODSEND!!!

Jeff is a professional and conducted himself and his work in a courteous, respectful and HONEST manner that I have NEVER witnessed before in PUEBLO out of ANY business I have dealt with in my 4 years of living here.

It will be my honor to be AFFORDABLE SEWER AND DRAINS customer for the rest of my life if they will have me.
