Nice enough people, but make sure you get a FULL estimate before work begins. I was quoted one price, and then half way through the job I was told it would be almost double (hundreds of dollars over the initial estimate). They did not contact me first before proceeding with the work, so I got stuck with a bill that I would not have agreed upon before work began. Also, they had to postpone the first job because they could not find the tank, after I told them I could help locate it if needed. Proceed with caution.

After calling another company and being told that I would have to dig up my tank myself, a friend suggested I call Affordable Septic and I'm ever so glad I did! Super nice, super professional, awesome company, I would recommend them for your septic tank problems. Right on time, fixed the issue, brought my tank up to code and didn't break the bank! Do not use this company! Lack of communication and overcharged. Had tank pumped paid $500.00 and 2 weeks later had same problems. Ended up paying $2000.00 for sub-standard work. Would not return phone calls. When tried to get adjustment for $1500.00 deposit taken for supposed 195' extension of drain field was given generic description of work done that coincidently added up to my deposit. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I really love this service. They did a really good job. The rain messed up my tank and I couldn't really do anything in my house. I called them one day and the next day they showed up. The service was quick and easy. Very polite worker, and very sweet. Even though my service guy came a little late, it's ok. I completely understand because previously I've called 5 different places and they were crazy busy until Thursday. So i assumed he was busy too. He explained to us that he was busy at the first house and they had a big problem that needed to be fixed. Over all it was nice. I would recommend! To the service man that worked on our septic tank; Thanks so much for fixing our shitty problem. Pun intended. I hope that pepper was that much of a problem. LOL!

I've never had a septic tank pumped and I didn't know what to expect. What I did know was that I had not pooped or showered in two days and it was becoming painful... I called these guys and they came just in the nick of time the same day I called. They uncovered and pumped the tank, cleaned the leach filter, advised me on what killed my system (14 years, six daughters, one son, and two wives), closed it all back up, and then left. The price was spot on, and we even got a few laughs in during the hour or so that they were here. My teen aged kids watched in amazement until they realized what they were seeing. That was a hoot. It was a real Mike Rowe, Dirty Jobs kind of evening. Chris and his helper were great and very professional. Rest assured, when I need another pump out, I'll be calling these guys. I would have rated them 5 stars, but I really don't rate anything 5 stars. Thank you Affordable.
