Called late on a Sunday afternoon with a main line sewer backup. Hector came out within a couple of hours, did a quick and thorough job of cleaning out two root clogs, and even cleaned up around the clean-outs. Very pleased.

Listen Up! This is my first positive review, normally I only vent over being abused.

Twice in the last year, I've contacted local ""talent"" to deal with some plumbing issues under my house. Both times they flaked and didn't show up, or call to apologize and re-schedule...a complete blow-off. I won't mention names or companies of the offenders due to the litigious nature of our society.

ARP is the real deal, honest tradesmen, making a living and working to build a loyal customer base. They showed up as promised to clear a drain, and offered some comments and an estimate for preventing future occurrences of the same problem. We agreed to do some more work. They showed up on time the for next visit, and did the work for 20% less than the estimate (which was reasonable from the start!).

They were clean, polite and professional. If you live on or around the hill, make Affordable Rooter your first call for plumbing issues, I know we will.

I've now used this plumber several times with great results. They are not only affordable but fast. Hector Meza originally installed a new gas line for me. Since then he has fixed clogged lines and installed new faucets on outdoor pipes. He was here within hours of my call. Fast, friendly affordable and efficient!

It's 4th of July weekend and both toilets and showers clog at the same time. I call several different plumbing companies but no one can make it out. That lame Stephan company shows up and sees my problem and walk away because the guy says its a two man job because there were too many stairs for him to take up his machine. Says sorry, don't know what to tell ya and leaves.

I look in Yelp at 4:00 and find Affordable Rooter. Hector showed up within 40 minutes and it took him less than an hour to fix my problems. He was prompt and professional. I would definetly recommend these guys.

We heard a pipe leaking under the kitchen and we discovered it in the evening of Easter Sunday. We called this company by looking up its reviews on Yelp. A person named Bryan called us back right away. We asked him to come the next morning. He arrived right on time. He checked the problem. He fixed it. We asked him to look at another problem that is unrelated to this issue. He fixed that also. He was extremely professional and pleasant. I went about my business without any concerns that there was a stranger in the house.

I recommend this business very highly. I have read in the reviews that Hector is a very good plumber which I am sure he is, but I would also like to add that Bryan was also very good, reliable and efficient.

Booked an appointment four days ahead of time, promised a time and never called to inform they can't make it. I had to call them, so they could tell me they can't make it. Love taking time off work to be left in the dark. Don't bother

Hector came promptly, the job was more difficult than anticipated....stayed til the job was completed and done properly. He charged a very fair price. Highly recommend and we will have him back if we need any further plumbing done.

Kinda got what I paid for. Next time, I called a full-service plumbing company who came out, had the depth to deal with the problem and finished up without issue.

Hector from Affordable Rooter was prompt, courteous, and professional. He gave an honest and accurate assessment of the problem and provided a simple effective solution. He originally had come for an estimate, but he was able to fit us in and fixed it the same day!
