Affordable did an amazing job at our house! They truly went above and beyond in installing a curtain drain on our property as well as installing a sump pump. The sump pump went through without a hitch, the curtain drain....I don't even know what to say. They had a backhoe in here, put in the drain, brought in some rocks, even did a little landscaping (!!!) to make things nice out front, and PUT GRASS SEED AND STRAW to finish it up. Just amazing work, amazing company. We have more work being done as I type this, a new water softener is being put in.

Their customer service was terrible. They never answered our questions, and would not tell us what their plumbers told them. I tried to call them and their answering service was just outstanding and very professional. Some lady finally called me back and all she would say is that I would have to pay again. Her plumbers had messed with the Kitchen Sink lines and there was some hot water. We came back to the condo two weeks later and hot water was gone. We call the lady again and she would not tell us what the plumbers did to fix our problem. After some time, I could hear people in the background tell her to hang up on me. She never did tell us what her plumbers to her other then it might be a partially kinked line. After trying to get some answers out of her - SHE HUNG UP ON ME. We tried to call back, but she would not answer and she would talk with my wife. Years ago, we used them and they did an OK job. However, something has changed or that lady is new. Anyway, this is certainly not the same company. There THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE TERRIBLE. All we wanted was to find out what is causing the issue of no hot water to come out of the Kitchen Sink. We will keep looking for a competent plumber in that area.
