What a great experience. We had an issue come up and I called a number of plumbers. We went with Affordable Quality Plumbing and it couldn't have gone better. The interaction on the phone was the first sign that they'd be great, and they scheduled someone to come out within the hour of my call. Mike showed up and not only identified our issue within minutes, but was so kind and enjoyable. The pricing was great, and they even offered a discount for first responders. If we ever have an issue again, they will be the only ones we call.

I had to have a gas pressure test done on my home in order to sell it. I called late on a Thursday afternoon and spoke to Eve, who was very kind, polite and very professional. I was quoted a price for the test, which was considerably less than other companies in the area. I had a few questions and was transferred to Ken, who also was very polite and professional and explained the details of the testing. They went out the same day and I got a call early afternoon the next day and the test was completed and they were taking care of all the permits etc.

I would highly recommend this company and will use them again with out hesitation.

AQP replaced our 4 inch sewer line, here on Sagevalley St., from the front of the house all the way to the City Main Line in the back of our yard. They hand dug the line in Texas gumbo in one day and replaced the line and three cleanout spouts the second day. We felt the price was reasonable. All their employees seemed well qualified. They got it done and our yard looks good after all was completed on the third day. They are in Pearland on Longwood (281-482-1900)

Communication not the best. Would have given them 5 stars before today.

Had excavated for inlet line leak, turned water off, and crew left without a word on a Saturday. Took two hours for someone to call back.

Assured me someone would be out today. We'll see.

Do not under any circumstances use this company. They are not affordable. They have no trip charge, however, when they get there the gentlemen informed me that their minimum repair charge is $189.00. In my case that was for just 10 - 15 minutes. They literally soldered one copper tube together. I have used other plumbing companies in the past and they were much cheaper. I used them this time since they were close by; what a mistake. Never, never again. Please don't use these people you will be sorry and your pockets will get cleaned out. You can do a lot better than these folks. Don't do business here!

Called them for an emergency plumbing issue over 24 hours ago. They told me my scheduled time and that I'd hear from someone. I never heard so I called back an hour after my time. They said we will figure out the issue and get someone to call you quickly. Well still haven't heard! Luckily I called someone else and they were here within an hour!

Toilet leaked at bottom of the bowl. Bad gasket.
Plumber talked the wife into an entirely new ballcock that it didn't need for over two hundred. Put in a $13 one and it sticks so it doesn't refill the bowl after a flush. I will go buy a good one and put it in myself. It's sad that it seems every industry feels they need to take advantage of Ladys.
It's an easy job, so live and learn.
