Dawn B.Called and was told someone would be there between 2:30-4:30. No call and no show. 4:40 I called and asked and was told stuck in traffic and would be there approx. 15 minutes. I asked if they would not be there in 15 minutes then cancel and was asked if I wanted to just go ahead and cancel now,,,,,,and due to his rude demeanor I did so!!!! A simple call letting me know they would not be there by 4:30 would have been given him the job of replacing a water heater. Guess he doesn't need any business.....

The homeowner asked for extra dirt from new septic dig to be removed, they did so only under duress.
They did a shoddy job planting grass on top of the new septic dirt.
I would not recommend ""Affordable"" to anyone. There are much better septic installers in Monmouth County.
Ania L.Ordered service, made specific arrangements that were confirmed by the office staff. Spoke to them twice to confirm. Ordered first thing service 7 am so there are no delays, have 3000 gal to pump, so more than enough for a full truck. Did not show, when called, was told that truck stopped for a quick pump on way. When speaking to the owner, I was told that I'm not that busy that I cannot wait an hour. LOL.
Jacq O.Been using AP for 6 years now to pump our septic tank, great guys and great prices. We get a neighborhood discount for having multiple homes pumped at once. Staff is friendly and answered all questions! Will continue to use for future needs.
Chris M.Called for a small septic pump out. Ask specficly if I was able to cancel, they said no problem. Ended up canceling and guy still showed up and charged me $133. Shady operation office staff is a joke an owner is a jerk. Be careful.
