I had a leak from a kitchen faucet and Noe did try to talk me through on the phone to see if it was an easy fix. It turned out that it was more involved and so he came by in the afternoon and fixed the leak with some plumber's paste and tape. (it was an installation snap on joint that had started leaking).

He's based in Rogers Park and the minimum service visit charge was $125.

Chatted after about how much it would have been for him to install a hot water heater compared to Home Depot...would have been 1/3 less! Give him a call first!

I called Noe on a Friday morning after water started gushing out of our water heater's pressure relief valve. Noe had me describe the issue over the phone and asked me to text him a couple of pictures. After that he was able to diagnose the issue (overheating), called me back and walked me through how to stop the water leak and fix the problem.

Even though he was on his way to another job that morning, Noe was very patient and professional. He also followed up a couple of days later to make sure the water heater was working properly. Definitely recommend him, and we will be contacting him for any future plumbing needs as well!

Unfortunately I can't speak to the quality of work for this business, as I needed the work done sooner then the business could do it, but the owner was very responsive and helpful in identifying the issue. I will definitely reach out again next time I'm in need of a plumber.

My sink tub in my laundry room was getting backed up from my kitchen sink and I was an need of someone immediate. I was fortunate enough to stumble upon Noe who was able to make the trip out. Not only did he resolve my issue but gave me several tips in regards to maintaining several other things in my home that went unnoticed. He did not only come in to do what he was asked but to point out other things he had noticed that I could do myself so I could better save my money and avoid future problems. I recommend him wholeheartedly for not only his sincerity and truthfulness, but his work as well. I have saved his contact in my phone if I ever need a plumber again. You will not regret it!

I read a lot of positive reviews and was really excited when my home applience insurance company sent me information that Affordable Plumbing will come and unclog my kitchen sink.
On Wednesday 11/24/2022 Noe(owner) came to look and as I was hoping he would help me to fix the problem.
I knew that I was supposed to pay my service fee $65 which I did before he even bring his tools and start working . He said that I can't use credit card and I can only pay check, cash or transfer money by Zelle.
During that time Noe called my home insurance which sent him to do the job and find out that company will pay him for his job only $150 and rest of it needs to be paid by me {additional $85). I was pretty sure that
my $65 and insurance $150 would be enough to cover cost of unclogging the sink and refused to pay additional $85.
So, Affordable plumbing became not affordable to me.
Since, it was Thanksgiving long weekend and I realized that I need kitchen sink to be fully functional I called him back and said that I will pay him additional $85 but he answered me that ""I already left and I have other customers"" He couldn't tell me when he can come back and did not responded to my texts on Monday.
Tomorrow is a week as my sink supposed to be unclogged if Noe was more ""Affordable plumber"". Not $65+$150+$85
I got Valpak mail with local plumber who can do this job for $89.99
I understand that I lost my money but I decided to share my negative experience.
