I called at 3 pm on Saturday. Called back at 6 pm. Got a call back after 6 pm. Asking if he could come on Sunday morning. In that phone call NEVER said a fee of $320.00 charge. He explained to me he was heading home and had not eaten all day. I said yes. Got here at 9:30 am. Told him it was probably roots to snake out the line. He had to call someone with a snake and he did mot have one waited 40 minutes. Both guys were downstairs . The second serviceman did all the work with the snake. The first guy wanted to take out the toilet downstairs. I said no the plug is on the pipe. Opened the plug and started snaking the line. I don't feel I need to pay for a emergency call when they waited till the next day. I don't feel the first guy did not know alot. I will never call someone business on the weekends when they say their are open till 5 pm.They were nice and friendly but never again.

Update on earlier review, they came back and took three hundred off the still outrageous bill. Then as he was leaving he took a doll chair that my grandmother made for my mother. Beware of these people, they are literally theaves!

Affordable Plumbing made a crappy (pun intended) situation as easy and enjoyable as it possibly could have been. Ben was straightforward, honest and friendly in each interaction, from the late night phone call when our toilet clogged, to when he and his co-worker entered our home. He made sure we were comfortable with what we were spending and we never felt taken advantage of. They are genuine and really want to help fix your problem in the most cost effective way for you. 10/10 recommend anyone to hire them for their needs. They have loyal customers in us.

We had service in March of 2020... The week was a total disaster. My sister-in-law had just been killed in a hit and run accident. We had a horrible leak in the shower wall at the hot and cold handles . Granted we have an old mobile home, but with a price of $775.00 I would have expected the repair to last. It wasn't even a month later and it was leaking again, AT THEIR REPAIR! This is when we found out they took our shut offs also!!!! Yes I should have called them back in, but honestly couldn't afford another repair! So we tried flex tape, flex seal spray, water weld, and any number of other products. Here we sit almost November... the walls are warped and the leak is having a grand time. All I can say is I will NEVER call them again.

Absolutely horrible company. They charged double and when I called they wouldn't make it right. I never got a detailed receipt when I asked for one and the guy was yelling at me on the phone. I can't tell you how horrible I feel right now. They charged 300.00 to put a vapor sensor in and everywhere else I called said 150.00 to 180.00. I am an older single woman on a fixed income and I feel so horrible. I can't stop crying. They were here 35 minutes and they charged me for an hour which is fine but then why did they charge me over 200.00 for a vapor sensor when they are less than 50 bucks. When I asked him about it he said that they had the right to mark up the price.

I really dislike leaving a bad review of a company but I was really disappointed with Affordable Plunbing. I called them and they set up an appointment for me the very next day. I was impressed until they didn't show up and didn't call. Needless to say, I called someone else and got the job done.

We called this company because our kitchen sink was clogged. They charged us $230 just to unplug the sink. The repair man was there less than an hour. The garbage disposal is broken and we chose not to have it fixed because they were going to charge another $400 for that. This company is misnamed. It is not Affordable.

If I could do 0 stars I would. We had our drains snaked due to water backing up in our basement. 40 days later, water was again covering our basement floor. We called and were told there's only a 30 day guarantee. If we wanted someone to come out, we'd have to pay to have the exact same thing done, plus pay overtime since it's the weekend. Terrible customer service.

The owner Kirk came out on a days notice and installed a new toilet for me that I had already purchased. He did a great job and took the old toilet with him. He even fixed a door in my house for me that was off it's track. I would highly recommend this company for plumbing needs.

Tried calling several times to set up an appointment. Had an appointment scheduled from 8 am to 10am for which I took time off from work to wait for the technician. Technician never showed from affordable plumbing, however some unknown company called me and their technician ended showing up; only problem is that their company was located almost 2 hours away and even worse affordable plumbing lied to this other company and mentioned I had a potential insurance claim for damages. I tried calling back after the first missed appointment and the company did not return my phone calls. Be sure to stay away and don't waste your time.
