All I have to say about Affordable plumbing is that I will never use their place of business again or recommend them to anyone. They scammed me, a 74 yr old woman, by putting a lot more expensive faucet on my tub without even showing to me or asking me if I liked it or if I could afford it. They told me it was the most expensive one. I thought it was going to be like my old one. When I ask him why he did that, He said, because I don't put that cheap plastic stuff in my work. I-said that should have been my decision, so my only other choice was, they can pull it out and leave as is. He charged me a whopping $340 for the faucet and $200 for labor. Shame on you Mr. Patterson.

I called two other major plumbers in the area and Affordable is the only one to follow through. I'm sure everyone is still busy after the February 2021 "snowpocalypse" with pipes and such so I won't mention names. Affordable was here when they said they would be here. James and Tate were the two reps Tammy sent out. They were professional, made suggestions for future preventative measures, unclogged the sewer line and put my mind at ease. They did it all for exactly what I was quoted so I will be calling them in the near future to help me with the suggested preventative measures. Thanks guys! You done great!

Affordable Plumbing charged my parents $600 about 2 months ago to fix their water heater, but it still never worked right. I don't think the $600 involved any hardware, only their time. My parents are elderly. Yesterday, their grandson had to go buy all new hardware and redo their whole system. The fact that they wasted $600 without a good result makes me sad because they are living on a fixed income that is dwindling.

They came by and installed a shower. We have an older home that included a bath-only and they installed all the new piping with a shower head. It works great! It only cost around $250 and was done in a couple hours. Great job guys. Thank you, Affordable Plumbing!
