Our hot water tank started leaking (after just a little over 2 years) so still under warranty. Called Affordable (after researching on Yelp!) on a Friday at 5:30 pm. They were just starting a job and were going to call after they'd cleaned up. Affordable showed up at our place at 7:30 pm, pulled the old tank (hubby had drained), took it to Menard's (with our case # to replace the warrantied tank) came back, did the install, in and out by 9:00 pm. Great workmanship, quality service, pleasant to work with, highly recommend.

These guys are amazing. You can tell that Rob, the owner, truly loves what he does and wants to see his customers happy. I needed a tankless water heater installed and 3/4"" pipe replaced with 1"" pipe in the crawl space and his quote was WAY better than the 4 other plumbers I got a quotes from. I'm talking like 35 percent better. And the kicker is, I even told Rob what my best quote was at the time so he could have just tried to beat it by a couple hundred dollars; instead, he blew my best quote out of the water. It was so much better that I thought there was a catch or something. But he showed up as promised and did not request a dime from me until the work was completed. I highly, highly recommend him.

If we could give no stars we would! What a joke!
My husband took a day off, and we had an appointment. He never showed up the first day, and gave my husband the run around. He then made another appointment the next day, and he had all kinds of excuses about his new trucks breaking down. He would not answer my husbands calls to find out where he was. His mailbox did not accept new messages. Absolutely horrible to treat someone that way. Stay far away from this guy!
