Wow! Great customer service, pricing, response time, friendly, didnt nickel and dime me, called on a saturday, they showed up first thing on monday calling ahead to insure I was home as they finished previous job an hour earlier! Service people showing up earlier than promised, I love it. They changed out a valve in a shower, replaced a seal in a toilet to stop leaking water and associated noise, checked all toilets kn home to insure they were in good shape/adjustment, showed me where water cutoff in front yard was in case I ever needed it. Kindly suggested I not use toilet bleach cakes asvtuheycdestroy internal toilet parts and instead just squirt a bit of liquid dish soap in tank weekly which works better to keep hard water stains at bay but doesnt eat toilet parts! How helpful is that!!?? I would highly reccomend RJ and Jeremy for your plumbing needs. I highly trust RJ and Jeremy to only do repairs needed. I highly reccomend and trust RJ and Jeremy to give you fair, reasonable, affordable quotes.

I was having an issue with water staying in the bowl staying filled with jiggling the handle. I called out this company and upon arrival the technician told me I would eventually need a minor rebuild which would cost $189. I told him I would budget accordingly and call them back. He then stated for now replacing the flapper would solve my issue and that would be $45. After he left I tested the toilet and realized that now it was not filling at all. When I called back to the company the manager stated it's because it needed the rebuild. I told her the tech stated I would eventually need that, and I wasn't aware that meant 30 minutes from now. She was very rude and treated me like I was someone wanting something for nothing. I will never use this company again!

I called I had a leak in one of my pipes behind the washer the guy Matt put a snake a 50-foot snake down my drain couldn't get it out and I just ran the washer and its worst. And they charge $189 just to put a snake in my drain and when my sister called them the owner was so rude.

I as a retired 100% disabled veteran I got a quote from affordable Plumbing that was amenable to what it was I sought. However I realized that I had much more work that needed to be done and it was wiser to hire a general contractor. Unfortunately I hired a company called c2x and is owned by a mr. Danny Scannell and Dusty Clements, also known as the Plumber Guy I was not pleased with the work that he was doing and made him cease to work and ask Afdordable Plumbing to continue and I was victimized and threatened and told that no one in this town would do work with me again. I was advised by their agent that I should not call any other plumber or any other general contractor because I was unreasonable to work with. I've been forced to continue to work with Daniel Scannell and Dusty Clements and I still had nothing but problems and headaches. I finally hired an advisor that came in and looked at the work that had been done and basically receive General Contracting 101. I wish to tell all the folks here that are retired military or GS workers or active-duty that you should not work with the Plumber guy nor should you work with c2x because they are inexperienced. Danny himself started work less than 5 years ago as a pressure washer and now considers himself a general contractor of which he is not. If you would like further information on this breach of contract that I have received in the outrageous prices that I've been charged compared to what he pays to his hired subcontractors I'll be more than happy to help. My name is Dorothy Nell Elston and I can be reached at 478-973-0767. I have now found contractors that will work with you and work with your budget and make sure that all things are to specifications and according to reg Bottom line is I would stay the heck away from this company as well as C 2X and the Plumber guy Daniel Scannell and Dusty Clements. $18,000 later for only a bathroom and a closet

Technician wrote up an estimate for the complete replacement of our line at a VERY high price. We got a second estimate that came in at more than half the price that Affordable plumbing wrote. Be wary about accepting their prices - check with someone else before signing on for a high budget project. Get a second estimate before choosing them. As my dad pointed out after hearing the estimate my husband and I received, if the word """"affordable"""" has to be included in the name of the company then it probably isn't affordable at all.

Beware! This company is horrible! Recently they were called out to our house in Kathleen to fix a leaking pipe under the kitchen sink. One day later the house was declared a toxic hazard. They put something down the pipes (probably Liquid Fire) that ate through the pipes and ceiling. Thank goodness we had insurance because it cost over $12,000 to clean up the hazard, fix the ceiling and replace carpet in a downstairs bedroom. We had renters in this house that vacated their lease due to this accident which resulted in lost rent. We, the owners who live out of state, were never given any explanation from the owner. Not one phone call. Can we prove this accident was caused by something they did? No. The owner claims he doesn't use Liquid Fire and hasn't for years. When asked if he was willing to put this in writing his answer was no. Affordable Plumbing gets a zero rating (which is not allowed on yelp so please note this one star is one star too many) for carelessness, lack of taking any responsibility. Saying """"poor customer service"""" is putting it lightly.

Negligent, arrogant and spiteful. That sums up my experience with Affordable Plumbing. Had this company not tried to pass off their own negligence as someone else's fault then this would have been a completely different experience. My wife called this company because one of our two water heaters stopped working and we had no hot water in our kitchen or master bath. A tech arrived at the house early the following day. My wife was at home and asked the tech to talk to me because she didn't know how to answer his questions. I spoke with the tech on the phone and explained what I had already done (testing, parts replacement) to attempt to fix the inoperative heater. He responded they would simply install a new rebuild kit at $189 and that would likely fix the issue. Although I had already installed new parts in the heater I reluctantly agreed to the tech's solution because we needed hot water. The tech replaced the parts and told my wife to give it 30 minutes and she should have hot water. She provided payment and the tech left. Fast forward a few hours and I arrive home from work to find two techs from Affordable Plumbing in my garage. My wife called them back out because there was still no hot water. The senior tech said he was a supervisor and he was there because of the call back. After some discussion and verification via phone with the original tech the supervisor confirmed the original tech """"repaired"""" the wrong water heater (the working one). Apparently the tech didn't do adequate (any?) testing to determine which unit was failed -- negligence on his/Affordable Plumbing's part. The supervisor then began inspecting the inoperative water heater and determined it was not receiving any electrical power and told me that I needed to have an electrician determine why the power wasn't working as that was not within the scope of his service. He said Affordable Plumbing would come back to inspect and repair the inoperative heater after the electrical issue was fixed. He affirmed I already paid them for servicing a water heater that didn't need service and said they would make it right after the electrical issue was corrected. If this story ended here I would have been satisfied; unfortunately it doesn't. After repairing the electrical issue the inoperative water heater was now operating normally. This is when the trouble began. I called Affordable Plumbing to report the situation and requested a refund because Affordable Plumbing's original tech didn't accomplish due diligence to determine which unit was inoperative and then determine root cause of the failure before rebuilding the wrong water heater. I also offered an alternative if they didn't want to provide a refund; they could come back out and rebuild the now operative water heater for no additional charge. The receptionist who handled the call stated there would be no refund because the original tech reported that my wife told him which water heater to fix (not true, she had no clue); therefore, it was her fault he rebuilt the wrong unit. I asked to speak to a manager and the same supervisor who was at the house earlier came on the line. He stated since the water heater was now operating normally, he didn't want to send a tech back out to rebuild it. He then took it a step too far and said his techs wear Google Glass (does GA have privacy laws requiring mutual consent for such recording?) and he had just reviewed the video to confirm my wife told his tech which water heater to repair. I said I didn't believe him because she didn't have a clue which heater was failed and that I needed to see the video evidence before I accepted that argument. He then stated I would be charged $100 per hour for them to research the video to provide such evidence (that he should provide at no cost to prove his case, if it existed). After further (terse) discussion and with great reluctance I agreed to pay $40 for the parts used to rebuild the wrong water heater and Affordable Plumbing agreed to refund the difference. Before hanging up I told the supervisor that I didn't appreciate Affordable Plumbing blaming my wife for their own negligence and that I would be posting a review of my experience on social media as a result. The supervisor's response was along the lines of """"go ahead and do that, I'll just pay $20 to have it removed"""" and then he hung up. Five minutes later he called me back and stated """"since you're going to post on social media I'm withdrawing my agreement for any refund -- our service comes with a 90 day warranty, if there are any problems within that time call us"""" and he immediately hung up again. None of this negative experience would have happened if this company and it's employees would just take responsibility for their own mistakes. Based on at least one other review on this site it appears this is the accepted culture at this company. You decide if you want to do business with such a company.

I had an emergency situation at my place of business. Josh came and immediately diagnosed the situation for the quickest fix. I already planned to have to pay a couple hundred and buy new stuff but he fixed the root cause for $94. Great experience.
