Richard was awesome and I would highly recommend him to friends. He communicates what he needs to do well and his experience shines through.

At first, I just wanted the master bedroom toilet fixed but when he arrived, mentioned that I thought we had a leak with another bathroom. He took a look at it and gave me a quote for a little more to replace the valve cover. He ended up needing to remove & replace all of the fixtures on the tank and the completely degraded cushion/seat between the tank and the bowl. He even had to saw off the bolts and main drain pipe. Even though the job for the toilet was harder than he originally estimated, he didn't charge me more than he quoted in total.

He then replaced the fixture in the master bedroom and was willing to use the one that we had bought but never got around to replacing ourselves.

He also helped me find the main water valve for the house and confirmed that the valves to both toilets were in good working order.

All in all, very satisfied and will definitely use him again!

Thank you fellow yelpers! I called Richard this morning and he actually answered. Good start...we had 3 different issues-leaky toilet, leaky faucet, and our guest shower didn't turn on. Richard said no problem I'll see you this afternoon at 3:00, he was on time, quick, and efficient! Fixed all 3 problems in 30 minutes and was great around our 2 dogs which sometimes they tend to scare folks!! The price was right too!

Richard is awesome! I called him yesterday at 11:30am for an estimate and he was at my condo at 3:40pm. I was worried because I needed the repair done before my new tenants moved in at 6pm that evening and I didn't want to pay too much for the repair.

He gave me a great estimate for a leaky dishwasher, so I told him to fix it. He's an honest and hard working contractor, which are rare these days. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him next time.

Excellent customer treatment and amazing kindness. My washer pipes were leaking but I mistakenly assigned the source of the leakage to the sink so I called Richard. Never used his services before. He came same day, and quickly diagnosed the problem, AND on top of that, didn't charge a thing!!! I couldn't believe it but I know for sure that I will be using his services again.

I had a leaking ""saddle valve"" (Icemaker tap) the day before Christmas. I frantically called all of the paces on yelp. Most of them said they'd call back (they didn't) and everyone else was booked. I was about to take my chances with a ripoff 24 hour plumber when I got Richard. He said he wasn't available but walked me through some steps to stop the leaking myself.

He made no money on this deal, but the honesty, promptness, and genuine care for even potential future customers has made me a customer. I will be hiring him for the permanent fix, and he has already laid out 3 or 4 options with various cost/benefit points rather than just pushing me into an expensive solution like some plumbers might.

I will update this review once he does the final work, but it is refreshing to have a plumber that cares about his work and customer relations.

I used Richard once before off Yelp and was most impressed. Today I was going to do Thankgiving dinner and went out to my barn to feed the horses...broken pipe meant we had to shut off the water to the whole place. I washed my yams in the swimming pool. Called Richard...he soon called back, was in the middle of a big job but had a referral all set up for me. He had made sure the guy was available before he called me back. His referral was great too, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced...great work all around! Can't say enough good things about good service when it counts!

I had serveral items to fix from an inspection report such as leaking a few leaking pipes, toilets needing to be bolted down, replace a drain and kitchen faucet. Richard gave a great quote to do them, told me what I needed and scheduled an appointment to fix them. He did a great job, is very personable and I feel he is honest.
I would defineatly use him again and recommend him to a friend.
