I'm 75 years old and I've used plumbers in six states and in multiple cities in some of those states. If I hade to rate Affordable Plumbing Solutions compared to everyone else I've used, there is absolutely no comparison. I recently had to replace all hardware on top and underneath a bedroom sink due to a leak. Two plumbers couldn't find the leak, a third gave me an estimate of $1700 and a fourth $750.
This problem went on for weeks. I finally found Affordable Plumbing Solutions and he gave me an estimate of between $300 and $350. The spread was due to not knowing how much the Faucet would cost. He went to the house late Tuesday to see what he would need and fixed everything first thing the next morning. My tenant called me to tell me how great they were. Dave at Affordable Plumbing knows plumbing. He offered great advice and answered all our questions. They removed an old reverse osmosis system, 3 old sink drains then installed quarter turn valves. After we had new counter tops installed they came back and installed a new garage disposal, 3 new sink faucets and drains. They look amazing! They paid attention to details, were neat and didn't make a mess. Affordable Plumbing is reasonably priced and very easy to work with. We will definitely use them again on our master bathroom renovation project. Highly recommend them!

I contacted Dave as he had done some work for my wife when she had a house in Prescott. Now that we had a place in Chino Valley we have a well with a high level of arsenic. Our first conversation with Dave was that we should go ahead and purchase the equipment we need and he would do the installation.

Over the next month or so we did the research and purchased a water softener, reverse osmosis system and a couple of other items including a new kitchen sink.

We made an appointment and Dave came out. Three-steps out of the truck he calls my wife a ""cougar"" but I let it go. Whatever?

Next, he tells me I should not have bought the water softener as there is a better product on the market that he sells. I'm sure he is correct; however, my softener is not returnable.

Dave also tells me my Wellmate water pressure take is no longer working, that the bladder is ""shot."" He can tell this be just ""feeling"" the tank.

He has to rush off and we consider all of this.

The next day I text him and ask for a written estimate to do the installation and he DECLINES the work.

I the meantime I purchased a replacement Wellmate tank and retained a new plumber (review coming).

THE KICKER...

MY OLD WELLMATE PRESSURE TANK WAS JUST FINE! It just needed to be re-pressurized.

We purchased a home in Ponderosa Park AZ and to say the water was hard would be a an understatement. Dave installed a sediment filter and a NUVO system. The water improved greatly but still had some minerals. I wanted him to install a conditioner and he instead recommended a second sediment filter, which was less expensive and did the trick. He also fixed our graywater system. I would highly recommend him if you have any plumbing needs. Oh he also fixed a sink and previously installed a hotwater heater..... the best

These guys are awesome. They did several plumbing updates and changes during the complicated and full remodel of my home. Water heater, toilets, kitchen and master bath are just some. Reasonable prices and a professional attitude always plus a great sense of humor always. Dave and Mitch did a great job and I highly recommend them to anyone.
