Affordable Plumbing Solutions of Perry are the worse and most incompetent group of business people I have ever encountered. On October 5 2023 I contracted with them to do some plumbing and when the plumber showed up he seemed confused about where to start the job, after deciding that he was going to start under the house he proceeded to tap off my existing water lines to connect the kitchen sink and bathroom sink and washer hookup. After completing what I thought was a professional job I paid and they were on their way, only for me to discover that all the piping I had paid for was laying on the ground I the crawl space, I called their service department and the rep sent the plumber back, which he arrived with an attitude over his neglect. Later than evening I proceeded to take a shower only to be greeted by 2 feet of water, because the drain was not operating, I called customer service and they told me he said he checked everything which I disputed and they suggested I was lying because the plumber said he had checked...remember this is the guy who left my newly installed plumbing laying on the ground. After insisting, they decided to send him back in which he promptly told me my main drain was clogged after supposedly snaking it (with no water or waste evidence on the snake), this sent up the third red flag and I went to the building inspector and found out this company DID NOT pull a permit which is required in BIBB county, after the building inspector (plumbing) finished the inspection her found multiple things that were not up to code concerning the work performed by Affordable. The main reason my water would drain is because the """"JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER"""" install all the water flow valves in the wrong direction along with nothing being properly vented...the work he did, not the existing work, after calling them back for a third time and having them correct the code violations', it failed a fourth time and they are refusing to correct this code violation saying they didn't perform all the work for the washer install, but my receipt clearing says I paid for a complete install, however they chose to use existing piping while charging for new materials. NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE AFFORDABLE PLUMBING SOLUTIONS

Two companies were contacted for a clog that occurred in a main. Affordable came first and ended up charging 50% more than the other company that quoted jet clean out. They ended up spending 30-45 min snaking the line (which allowed one flush). Next 1-2 days, same exact issue and they deemed this a """"separate clog"""", therefore paid $300 for zero service and wanted to charge again to fix the original issue. Would never use them again.

I am so thankful for Affordable plumbing! Especially Kory and Cameron. Kory came out and looked at a big job I needed to have done and came up with a great plan to make it happen at a price that I could afford . He and Cam came and did the install and delivered five star service in every way possible. Kind, friendly, exceptional workmanship, also cleaned up behind themselves. Couldn't have asked for better service .

My technician Kory was outstanding and professional. Affordable Plumbing was called today October 14,2022 @ 1:30pm for a water leak (pipe). They arrived in a timely manner, took care of the leak. I would recommend Affordable Plumbing to my family and friends. Job well Done Kory Thanks

We used this company today, they sent a tech out ( Jeremy)....he was here maybe 10 mins. After having someone work on this sink 3 times, Jeremy came in and fixed it right away!! I would most definitely use this company again & recommend them to anyone!!

Jeremy came to fix my leak within 30 min of my phone call and was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and hard working. I was frustrated and upset about the leak but he instantly made me feel at ease. He answered all my questions and was patient with me but got the leak repaired in a timely manner at the same time. Amazing service from Jeremy. I highly recommend Affordable Plumbing Solutions. The city had called us to let us know that our water meter was running a little high today, and when we we got home, we noticed that there was was a puddle at one of our water meters. It took Jeremy roughly 10 minutes to let me know that the leak was coming from our sprinkler meter, and not from the house meter. The simple solution was to turn off the water going to the irrigation system, and deal with that this Spring. To my surprise, I was not charged anything for Jeremy's time. I have to say, Affordable Plumbing Solutions is an extremely honest, punctual and reliable business. I cannot thank them enough for their help, and I truly believe that they care about their customers! That's very hard to find these days. Thank You again Jeremy, William Hubbard
