We had another plumber, who didn't show up. We called Affordable Plumbing mid -day & they were able to come out that afternoon. I was given the service call price before the time was booked. We also received courtesy call prior to their arrival which was appreciated. Matt, our technician showed up as scheduled. He saw what was needed to fix the outdoor shower and had it fixed and running properly. There was no additional charge for the new part. While he was there, we had mentioned that we had a grinder pump & he was able to inspect that & clean tank out (which was full of grease). Recommend!
