if i could leave a review without any stars i would. this business is a waste of time and money.

when you initially call this business you get a voicemail and someone will call you back from a different number. before having any work done a consultation is wise and so setting up a consultation with this company is fairly easy and there's only a $75 charge which goes toward the service if you choose to use the company; fair enough.

when the plumbers (2) arrive to the house they look very young and inexperienced but hey, don't want to judge based on that. there are multiple concerns in the house so i originally explain the problems and concerns only for one of the guys to give me a remedy that has nothing to do with the problem. i then start again from the beginning just to make sure we're on the same page only to be interrupted by the same guy. there was an issue with the garbage disposal as well as some leaking/overflow from the air gap. he only suggested to remove the air gap and gave a ridiculous amount (i researched the ballpark on how much this costs) and as far as the garbage disposal he said to just put ice and soap when i run it --this isn't solving anything.

we proceed upstairs to the issues of more concern, and i try to explain the problem also showing pictures and videos of the leaking from upstairs to downstairs only for me to be interrupted again and not heard. there are also noises that you can hear from dripping in the wall but i was told it's okay don't worry about it. i was then given another ridiculous amount to look into a non functioning tub.

when i called for the consultation i reported there were a few issues i had, and having quite a few concerns i felt rushed and unsatisfied with the service. these two guys really should have listened and asked questions or having answers. they only briefly looked at the concerns and gave bland solutions; never fully applying themselves to the walkthrough. the consultation was a waste and you still have to pay $75.

Called for a plumber. They were able to come same day. That is where the good news ends. They wanted to charge $900, for a service that was provided by a different firm for less than $200.
Buyer be educated. These folks will try to take advantage of you.

HORRIBLE!!!! They over charge! When an appointment is scheduled they never show up. And when they show up they leave and want to charge extra for coming back. And finally, when requesting more detailed information to be added to the invoice was like pulling teeth. DO NOT USED THEM!!!!! THEY WILL OVER CHARGE!!!!!

I called around 3 o'clock in the morning because emergency situation in my house this plumbing company said they going to send somebody in about 20 minutes to my house and told me where to shut off the water to the house the secretary that answered the phone was very nice and explained me everything I need to know before they send a plumber. Thank you for your great service and fast respond I will definitely keep you in my favorite list

This company did a job for me a few months ago and I had a problem yesterday they came today and fix the issue with my plumbing system I will definitely use this company in the future every time when I call they show up in my office in two hours thank you for everything. I just called this plumbing company for emergency job they told me they will send somebody in 15 minutes. After I called few other plumbing company nobody could send someone immediately to take care of my emergency situation I appreciate the help over the phone and I will definitely use you again

I originally went to Affordable Plumbing and the receipt came in filed from "YB Plumbing". THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

I was forced to pay and then to write positive feedback for them BEFORE any work was actually done. They started the work, and then left before finishing anything, stealing my money. Please do not listen to the fake positive reviews.

I called Tuesday and set an appointment. Discussed what we needed done in detail and let them know we would probably not be there but to feel free to go look and give us an estimate. They said fine, no worries and we set a time of 9-12. No call. No show... when I called the next day a lovely woman told me they didn't go because they require someone to be there because they charge a fee. Estimates are not free. Hmmmm this was definitely not discussed on the phone. I asked why no one called me... (we are on a time crunch and now I have to call another company which puts me behind.) She said she called but there was no answer... (zero missed calls and I have vm set up as well. no message either) sigh. Typical response from someone who wont take responsibility for their actions or lack of action in this case. I am in customer service for the construction industry. My experience here was extremely disappointing. I cant speak of the quality of their service, just the poor customer service.
