Reliable and courteous -- We had reached out to Affordable Plumbing Services on two occasions: one for a leak at the base of the toilet, and another when our kitchen drain was clogged.

For the toilet repair, Mike understood the cause immediately, and promptly gave a repair. He explained to me about the replacement parts he used, and why I could expect a lot less chance of leak in the future. He was also generous enough to replace other parts that weren't exactly part of the leak. (During all this, our little kids were talking to him and showing off their stuffed animals , but he was very nice to them)

At the other occasion when our kitchen sink was clogged -- the clog was actually gone by the time he arrived. It was my oversight that I didn't inform him in time, and Mike ended up having to show up without needs for any work. Nevertheless, he provided helpful tips on what to look out for, and what I could do to identify the cause next time the clog happens.

In both cases, he was prompt to respond to my messages, very punctual at the appointment time, and responsible. I would highly recommend Affordable Plumbing Services.

We had to get our flush refills and shower replaced. They came on time and finished it much earlier than what we anticipated based on our experience with previous fixes. Overall price was very affordable as their name says and he did bunch of stuff for free, including some of the messes left by previous plumbers. Staff were very courteous through out.
