This is probably the fourth time Michael has helped us! He always diagnoses the problem quickly and then gets to work right away. This time we had trouble with one of our toilets and two faucets. Michael fixed everything and is a pleasure to do business with. We feel very fortunate to have found such an amazing plumber and person! He let me know during the day approximately when he would arrive and arrived when he said he would. He is the ONLY person we call for our plumbing needs. We have also referred him to our neighbors. Had water leak under my faucet. not an emergency. He came out the next day and told me I needed a new faucet. Got one at Home Depot and he came back the next day and installed it. Very fast and professional and reasonable cost. Will definitely call him next time I have a plumbing issue.

I called him about a service line leak and he stopped by immediately to take a look, started doing some digging and looking around, realized the job was too big for himself to do, gave me an immediate assessment of the issues, then said he wouldn't be charging me anything.
