I had another company come out 3 years ago and charge me almost $700 to replace the electrical/gas components and something went wrong and it kept turning off, that's 3 years worth. These guys came out highly rated and checked it out and everything was working just fine. There was really no way to know the issue because it's working like it should. They recommended that I either replace what was replaced or do a wait and see if it continues. I am able to relight the pilot so we will see if it continues or I need the parts replaced. They didn't want me to spend the money if there was nothing truly wrong and I paid nothing. They are honest and I will certainly use them if my issue isn't resolved. We need more companies like this. By the way, they were $150 cheaper than the other company if I were to have the same issue repaired. People, use them!

I had multiple drainage issues and flooding in my split level home.
My major drain outside Inexessible under my driveway plugged during a recent storm and the low areas of my house started flooding. We had a some pump In the wine cellar that went to nowhere.
When we bought the house we thought it was stubbed off So that no flow would go outside and the pump was just spinning and doing nothing. Thereby flooding our wine cellar and having it Leach into our staircase and carpet. Jeff and DJ came out. Not only did they find another major issue behind our kitchen sink which was rotting way the sub floor of our home from an excessive leak from the kitchen sink that had been ongoing for years. But they We're able to stop our driveway from flooding by putting a temporary pump In play so I did not have to go out and siphon the entire driveway so our house wouldn't. They also found out the reason the wine seller was flooding was because a valve was stuck and they simply replaced the mechanism and installed it so that it could rain and not flood my house . It only took them 2 hours To make the diagnosis and to fix the issues. They explained in layman's terms what was happening so that I could understand it and did not try to gauge me they were so honest and did not waste a moment of my time. I would highly recommend affordable plumbing for both the mountain area and anywhere else you they are honest, Johnny-on-the-spot and very communicative.
In a world where customer service is lacking this company does not lack a thing. Also thank you Charles for answering my text messages and getting these guys out the next day!

If you are thinking about installing a tankless water heater, stop thinking and do it!!! We are so happy with ours and are definitely using less propane, which is a great thing given the price of propane today!! Charles Fuller at Affordable Plumbing (559-658-1654) did a great job. His price was great and everything was completed as promised. They were prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. He answered my phone call (the first time I called) and came over the same day to check it out. I received the estimate that evening and the work was scheduled. I will be using them from now on for all of my plumbing needs.
