This company is the worst. After ruining the porcelain glaze on tub, the plumber denied ruining it AND the repair job wasn't done properly. When I contacted the company, the manager DID NOT CARE. They would not pay to repair the porcelain or come back and fix the problem.

We deal with Rick regularly. He is very fair with his prices and doesn't try to up sell us . They have done a lot of work on my house and I call them first. Ask for Rick

One of the worst services that I have received, and there is nothing """"affordable"""" about them. To start they wanted $300 just to tell me what was the problem, on top of that they wanted additional $600 remove the septic lid (wen before telling me how much would cost to repair everything). Fortunately, u sties at $300. The next company I called diagnosed the problem for free. Rick is a bully that prays on people who do not stand up for themselves.

I had a good experience with affordable plumbing. The representative, Rick was very nice. I only needed a certificate of compliance on the plumbing in my new home for Dekalb water co., it cost $99. I thought they had to check all of the pipes and things but he really only made sure I had low-flow faucets and toilets. He really just look at it (as in made eye contact with it) and said """"I already know this style of toilet/faucet is low flow"""". That was a bit concerning but at least my water is still on. I'm assuming he knows his trade well. He was very polite.

SOMEBODY BUY THESE GUYS A WATCH I have an idea for a business that is guaranteed to make me a million dollars. I'm going to open a plumbing business. I don't know anything about plumbing...I'm just going show up when I tell people I'll be there. That's my whole business plan. All I need is a van with a logo on it, and a working watch. My punctuality will leave people so flummoxed that they'll hug me as they're writing me a check. I have a broken toilet. No big deal, it's not like a collapsed sewer pipe or anything. It'll take somebody with the right tools about 20 minutes to fix it once they get here. So after digging around this morning, I called The Affordable Plumber at 9 to set up an appointment. They told me they can have someone here between 11 and noon. Then they pushed it back to """"between noon and 1"""" Now it's 4 o'clock. I've called the woman at the main number AND the guy who was going to come out here about 10 times - he's stuck on another job that got """"complicated"""", which is not his fault but still. So they asked if they can reschedule me for tomorrow. Seriously? When I told them I can't afford to take another day off work to sit around and watch the paint peel, they suggested I call another plumber, since they don't have anyone who can come out my way today. So now it's 4pm and I'm doing the same thing I was doing at 8:30 this morning - scrambling to find a plumber who can get to my house in the next few hours. Thanks, Affordable. You guys are tops! If anyone needs me I'll be at McDonald's. I have to McPoo. - c
