Affordable Plumbing, Rooter and Water Heaters

I cannot say enough kind words. 10 days before Christmas eve and we find that our water heater is leaking. I called Affordable Plumbing late in the evening. The woman I spoke to was so kind and got me an appointment for the next morning. Richard showed up on time, conducted a thorough assessment and provided a great education on the problem and how water heaters work. Richard provided us with options, applied any available discounts and let us decide. Long story short, we have a new water heater in less than 3 hours and had a wonderful experience working with this company. Thank you so much!!!

This is an edit of my prior 1 star review which I have now deleted. Without going into all the details of my issue, I got a phone call from Ron the owner of Zest plumbing to humbly apologize for my experience with his company. Without making excuses he acknowledged there was a terrible mistake made on their part and he would address the situation internally to ensure that never happens again. His personal response to me was surprising and changes my view toward Zest plumbing. Poor customer service is commonplace these days so I can't say how pleased I was with his personal response. I will be sure to use Zest plumbing in the future.

Had to have the washer drain line cleared out and their technician Parris was very pleasant, prompt and quite through. It's an old drain line so he encountered some issues but was able to fix it quickly with a smile on his face. I'm the renter and I feel that the costs were very acceptable. Don't hesitate to call them!

This company has got the best people in the biz , my first phone call told me all I needed to know , they were caring, honest and genuine as I have ever dealt with . Promptly gave me a next day appointment , technician Brandon was right on time , friendly , professional and knowledgeable . He got to the root of my broke pipe problem , not only that he knew I needed it fixed due to my pool pumps being down due to breakage . He gave me several options , not once trying to upsell or pad the bill , he knew the problem and how to fix within 2 minutes , not an exaggeration . He fixed the whole issue extremely fast less than 15 minutes , the value and quality of tHe job was truly amazing . I know from having situations like this , it is hard , if not impossible to find an honest company to help you . Zest Plumbing installed a new freestanding island bathtub in my house, which included new hot and cold water lines in the walls and a new underground drain line. Richard was extremely professional throughout the job, communicated clearly what is involved and what I can expect, and consulted with me for every design decision along the way. The installation turned out to be very precise, better than I hoped for and very beautiful.
Richard also installed a pet wash in my garage for washing my dogs. This also turned out extremely well.
Highly recommend and would definitely use again!
