I called Affordable Plumbing on Monday and he was supposed to meet me at my house the next day at 2:00 pm and by 3:30 he still wasn't there, he didn't show up until about 4:00. He dig around in my front yard for about an hour and a half and then he told me he would have to come back the next day. I waited all day for him to show up and once again he showed up at around 4 pm. When he got to my house he didn't even let me know that he was there he just went about digging the yard up. He had turned off the water the first day and when he left my house, he didn't turn the water back on.So I was without water from Tuesday afternoon until Wednesday afternoon. I went outside to talk to him and he said he was finally here. I told him that I had expected him much earlier in the day because 5 pm is quitting time and he said once again at least I'm here. He started getting an attitude with me and then he said he could just leave right then. When I mentioned he had left the water turned off he just laughed and made a smart remark about it and he left my house and still didn't turn the water back on! He appeared to be on something too because he was slurring his words and staggering. I definitely don't recommend Jason Ramsey to do ANYTHING for me! Very unprofessional. He's not worth one star but you have to put something there!

Called Jason about a broken pipe on sunday afternoon and he came right out. Fixed 3 tees and a long pipe that was broken off from the washing machine. Super nice guy and very reasonable. very surprised to be able to get someone that quickly on a sunday. dont hesitate to call him.

Jason and Pete were very down to earth and fair in the pricing. We had a main line leak under our concrete driveway. They came out the same day and were able to get the leak repaired and poured the concrete the next day. Highly recommend should you need a plumber in Jacksonville, NC.
