Had James out to give me a bid on a bathroom install in a commercial building. Everything went fine, he said he would have to return with his snake camera to determine where the drainage pipe was close. He said he would call me in a day or two. After a week I called to see when he was coming back out, no answer so I left a message. Called three more times over the next week and still no returned call. If he didn't want to do the job all he had to say is hey this job is not for me. I could have moved on to another plumber. Instead he chose to waste two weeks of my time. Don't waste your time on James, he's unprofessional and doesn't think your time is important.
