Do not use this service. My 86 year old grandmoms heater went today. My mom called affordable plumbing and they came out to check her heater. After looking at her heater they told my grandmother she needed a new heating system and it would cost 4,600.00. I called a certified hvac tech he came out cleaned the entire system and informed us it just needed to be serviced. This company would take advantage of the elderly don't use them.

Affordable Plumbing is Ultra Professional!
They call back right away, the times I have used them they arrived earlier then they advertised. Their prices work with your budget, they work fast, they don't need to guess about what the problem is and avoid the wrong fix. When they have serviced our apartment building, we have not needed to call them back for the same problem.

Shawn (my plumber for the day) was rude, unprofessional and they left a hugh gaping hole at the curb with a comment"" thats your job!"" Had to get another cement person to fix the hole More$$$$$

After an insurance claim, they literally dig up our basement to replace a broken pipe/sewage issue. It was a miracle job and they guaranteed the work for 10 years. The next summer we were infested with drain flies. We did everything to eradicate them on our own until an exterminator told us this is a sewage issue and we need to contact a plumber. We've called Affordable Pluming several times AND emailed and have gotten no response. So much for guaranteeing work. Definitely reporting this company to the news, and getting legal representation.

I used Affordable Plumbing and my first visit was with Mike and he seemed very professional and helpful, but my second visit as he said I needed a Flange to stop the movement with my toilet, he replaced it and it seemed to be sturdy when he moved it. He left and I used the bathroom and the toilet rocked, so I did what he did with his hands and the toilet moved. I called him right back and he came right back out and I showed him and thought that I rocked the toilet with my hand and I proceeded to show him when I sat on the toilet that it rocked; he did not want to see it and threw the check back at me and told me to get somebody else to do the job. My friend wanted to speak with him and he threw his hands up in the air and did not want me to show him how the toilet rocked after I got up off of it. I immediately called the main number to let them know how rude he was. I will be stopping payment on the first check that I wrote them, because my problem was not solved!!

If this is affordable plumbing with mike, then they are the best. i have rehabbed tons of houses and worked with dozens of plumbers, and they are the best. their prices are good. they are professional. and they communicate in a clear manner.

mike is a busy owner, what do you expect with their service and prices . . . . but he always communicated with me in a timely manner and always performed what he said he was going to do.

all his workers are very good. will continue to use them in the future.
