I am an in home caregiver.  My client called AP for an estimate.  He arrived timely, but proceeded to offend a bed bound man. Argumentative would be a generous description.  During the estimate process he used an improper tool that caused damage to a very expensive fixture, no apologies. He proceeded to degrade the potential customer and approached me within earshot, ""he won't even listen!"". Let me stress no one here was difficult or rude to him. It was shocking.

I tried to hear him out despite the fact that he would only address and make eye contact with my male child, 16. As i escorted him out to look at outside issues i stated that I am a 44 year old woman and he needs to address me not a child.  He responded ""same difference isn't it?  Smile little lady."" I've never written a scathing review before this day. Look into it yourself, but be aware. Disgusting. I am embarrassed for him. He may be skilled but we will never know. Go elsewhere.
