It was the middle of the night and my shower drain was pumping out sewage. I called six other places and nobody could get here before morning. I called here and Bill was able to come out right away. He was very helpful and thorough. The rate was about as high as other after hours plumbers; about $350/hour. It was worth it to not have to wait until 8 AM to use the plumbing in my house.

He was honest and explained that with the equipment I already had I could have fixed the problem if I had continued rooting for another 30 minutes. I appreciate his honesty. Nonetheless I still would've called him because he did a great job and got it done right without me breaking myself trying to fix the problem.

No stars!! He came out did not fix the clog, charged $133.00 said he could not guarantee it.. called another person (he would not give us the company name or technician).. they both came back and started doing work (?)without my approval.. wanted to charge all these services i did not approve.
I let him know the price he quoted.. with no approval to do more. Would not submit me an invoice.. and threatened me. Im willing to pay the price that was discussed and quoted... if and when i get the invoice.. he continued to threaten me.. we will be making a police call.

Was very happy with the service, cost, and promptness of this company. Had an issue with our house the first night we bought it and they can that same night and found the problem. It was one we could fix ourselves and they didn't charge us for after-hours or anything. We were very grateful! Good guys.

I was super pleased with the customer service we received as well as the prompt service. We called on a Sunday for an emergent situation and he was at our home within an hour. Not only did he fix our problem he also helped give us some good old fashioned home owner education. Bill was beyond professional in his demeanor and appearance and I was so happy to have him to help us out in our tough situation. Thankfully we have only had to use his services one time up until now but will absolutely be calling again should the need arise. Running your own business can be tough, especially when the competition may have more advertising and more employees but when it comes down to it all transactions are about how you make the customer feel when the job is done. We felt beyond satisfied and relieved when the work was completed quickly and professionally. Thanks Bill for being so awesome and helping us under such short notice.

I had a faucet that would not turn off and was driving me crazy. I called Bill and from the very beginning he was professional and up front with his price even on a Sunday. He got to the house when he said he would be here and was not only professional, he also explained as he worked, which I appreciate as I always desire to learn. About a week or so ago, I noticed the sink in my upstairs bathroom was draining slower and slower . . . pretty much by the day. I attempted to contact the previous plumber who came out and solved the drain issue in the basement washroom a few years ago, but he is now semi-retired and is rarely able to get out to do any work. He recommended some guys, but one never answered his phone, and the other (in my view) wanted too much money just to unclog a sink.

So after perusing the listings on Google, and after many attempts at other services, I came across this company. I told Bill, the owner, my issue and asked how much to fix it. He told me it would be 75.00 + tax which would make it about 80.00 and some change, but he could not get to it until the next day which was Wednesday.

After attempting one more place, I called Bill back and set the appointment for Wednesday at 2 pm. Wednesday morning Bill called and said they were being held up by a big job and he would have to push my appointment back to 3 or 3:30 pm. I agreed to this. SO FINALLY AT 4:35 pm, one of Bill's employees shows up, with a bucket full of tools and an electric snake (I believe that's what you call it). I showed him to the sink and left him at it. About 30 minutes later he comes downstairs and asks me if there was any extensive work done previously on the upstairs pipes. I told him that about 5 or so years ago, there was some pipes replaced and they had to open the wall in my bedroom to do it. He tells me that he couldn't snake past a point in the piping because of some kind of blockage or sharp turn . . . SO I WOULD HAVE TO GET A PLUMBER OUT TO POSSIBLY OPEN THE WALL AGAIN IN ORDER TO GET TO THE ROOT OF THE CLOG!

I stood back and looked at him and asked, ""Aren't you a plumber?"", he says, ""No, I'm just a drain guy . . . "" So I asked him was the sink still clogged, he said yes. So I went back upstairs and sat in my room while he gathered his things, after he wiped up whatever mess he made in the bathroom.

Unbeknownst to me, there was a 50.00 service fee . . . he didn't charge me the extra 30.00 since he wasn't able to get the drain unclogged. THANKS!!! So I paid 50.00 for this guy to show up over 2 and 1/2 hours late, further clog up the pipes, leave dirty brown water standing in the sink (which he could've taken the pipe off and let the crap drain into a bucket and then dump the bucket into the toilet! But I guess that would've been too much like right!) And then to make matters worse . . . HE'S JUST A DRAIN GUY?!?! When somebody shows up to my house with PLUMBING written on the side of the van . . . . I EXPECT A PLUMBER! And instead of ME having to call somebody else . . . why didn't he call his boss and ask him to come to the house to further assess the situation?!?!

I called Bill, didn't get an answer the first time, tried back and got him the second time. Told him I was not happy at the virtual non-service I got, and the mess that was left behind, not to mention that I felt like I paid them for nothing! Also upset that now it is up to me to get ANOTHER plumber to come out and fix what they didn't fix. At first he sounded as if he were going to come out, but I told him I wasn't at home because I had to be somewhere at 6 pm . . . and that I wasn't happy about his guy being late either. In the end Bill half-way apologized and said he would say something to his guy about leaving a dirty sink with standing water. I also told him there was no discussion of this 50.00 service charge. He told me that he should've charged me the full 80.00, but since he didn't get it unclogged he only charged me the 50.00 . . . . . .AIN'T THAT ABOUT A B*TCH?!?!

NEVER AGAIN!!!

UPDATE:

Roto-Rooter was out here this morning, he too was ""a drain guy"". Difference between him and this clown organization from yesterday? He didn't charge me for not remedying the clog, and he didn't leave a mess!

I called Bill and told him I wanted my money back, because there was no previous talk of a service fee, and the aforementioned regarding Roto-Rooter. This fool had the nerve to tell me (without ever stepping foot in here), that my pipes were not up to code, and something about his guy not being able to go through the toilet to unclog the drain. I asked him just how in the hell he came to that conclusion? He says because he's been doing it 20 years ..............

I again demanded a refund, he refused, I told him I hope that's the last 50.00 he ever gets, I'm calling the BBB, and he just might end up on the news!

FROM NOW ON . . . I ONLY DEAL WITH NATIONAL CHAINS OR LARGE LOCAL COMPANIES!!!

Very pleased with services. The gentlemen that I spoke with were kind and helpful. When I asked if they could come out earlier than scheduled they did. They also honored a coupon that I forgot that I had. Would recommend!

Bill came over on a Sunday night. Prices were reasonable and he was very good. Really knowledgeable. Nice guy. A pleasure to have him in our home. Great to be able to get the laundry done and be able to shower on Monday morning. Would highly recommend this company.
