I call yesterday at 1400 (2:00 p.m.) and the lady stated I will receive a call from the Plumber; it never happen. I waited this morning and I didn't received a call so this morning at 1000 (10:00 a.m.) I called again, the lady stated I will be receiving a call from the Plumber. At 1400 (2:00 p.m.) still no call. I went and rented an auger and I fixed the problem. It took me 20 minutes to resolve the issue. I have the flu and that's the reason I called to have Affordable Plumbing to fix it. I figure, even with the flu, it was an easy fix with an auto feeder.

There is simply no better plumber in town. Honest, trustworthy and just all around good guys. Get bids from other companies and I guarantee you Affordable will beat them by a significant amount. As for the lady who said she couldn't get a call back, I don't believe her. I have never waited more than 30 minutes for a call back.

Had this Plumber out to unstop our kitchen sink line last month. Within 2 days had to call him back out as the sink was backing up again. Said he must of "missed something". Now it's a month later and sink line is backed up again. Lady answering phones states she can't set appointments for plumbers. We have been calling for four days and can't get a return call. STEER CLEAR!!
