Had them put in a couple faucets and install a water softener back in November. The faucets both started leaking I was honest might have been due to cold. I was willing to pay for the repairs but one faucet they provided and I figured they would stand behind that product and warranty it. NOPE. they quote me $350 to repair the bathroom faucet and replace the kitchen faucet. Reluctantly I say yes after they weren't going to warranty any of it. Then he calls me from town tells me the price is $550 because the faucet is more than expected. I said ok whatever I need it fixed we are selling our house. Then he shows up and says he can't fix the other faucet either it would need to be replaced I said no way I will do it you guys need to rename your company ""unaffordable"" plumbing. He still charged me $400 to replace a faucet that should have been under warranty and labor. NEVER WILL I USE OR REFER THIS COMPANY. Ridiculous prices and they seem incompetent I could have replaced the faucets I wanted them fixed they were only couple months old. Tuff lesson learned highway robbery never again don't use them stay away !!

So I lost water pressure in our laundry room. Called Affordable Plumbing and was told it would be three days. When the day came they were 2 hours late. Technician was there for 3 hours but couldn't diagnose the problem. Said he would have to return with Josh, the boss. Two weeks and four messages left through his secretary, still no call back. Shoddy company. Save your time and money and call another company.

Yet a third plumber in Lawton who does shoddy work and offers a thirty day warranty (because their work doesn't hold up). We seem to be incapable of finding a plumber in Lawton who knows how to properly repair an outdoor faucet.

Unfortunately like many small businesses in SW Oklahoma, without leadership, mentoring, time management, accountability, budgeting, technical skills or people skills a business cannot operate effectively, grow, or sustain. I can not recommend this company. I highly recommend Davis Heating and Air instead.

I have a broken outdoor spicket that is flooding the inside of my house...the main water line is shut off but water is still pooling in and out of the wall. We called Affordable plumbing asked them to come out (Didn't even care about the cost) were told 30 minutes 2 hours later we have to cal them back only to be told we can't reach the guy. Thanks for the lousy customer service.

By being honest and professional. Do what you say you're going to do.... shame on you for how you have treated my mother!! She deserved better!! gouge her like crazy on a price, she paid promptly ... but you just don't think it's important enough to resolve in a timely manner. disgusted!!! so, here we are.. Dec 3, 2018. No itemized bill/invoice yet. According to the tenant - no arrangements have been made to look at the ""work/job"" that was done, and put a drip pan in for the water heater. It amazes me, that someone can spend $1000 ... and be treated like they got a bad hamburger and fries. (no wait... I've seen better customer service at a fast food restaurant) My mother has been so patient, and kind about all of this...so that she can still be ignored by the supposed owner of this place.. who told her... he would make contact with the tenant... he would put a drip pan in... WHAT are you waiting for, sir? Really?? THE water heater was installed and paid for (tho, outrageously, and a small refund was given) - on the 7th of November) SHE needs that itemized invoice for her rental property records. So frustrating to have a business in Lawton treating good customers this way. It is now Dec 19, 2018. Still no action on the part of this company to do what they said they were going to do. No drip tray, no appointment made with the tenant... and no itemized invoice for what my mother paid $1000 for. It is time to gather tax papers SIR!!!! It truly should not be that difficult to get this taken care of. Could you please be a responsible business person, and do the right thing? My mother is being so patient with you... and this is how you treat her.

We had an appointment witha 4 hour window. At the end of the 4 hours, my husband called to find out where the service tech was. He was told it would be another hour, maybe 2. My husband told them they needed to be here in an hour or he would go ahead and call someone else. They told him to do that then. My husband left a review on their Facebook page and after they tried to justify their response deleted the review. Every review on their page is 5 stars but their overall rating is 3.9. I guess they do not appreciate someone speaking the truth to other consumers and delete the reviews under 5 star. It's really a shame, i like to support small local companies because they will usually care a little more about the consumer. They proved me wrong. I will never call them again. They said in no uncertain way that their time is much more important than ours.
