This was the first time I used Affordable Plumbing and I was very impressed from the beginning. I used the online request for an appointment and received a phone call to set it up- She was extremely professional and informative.... Tony showed on time and was very professional and informative as well. He gave me a couple of options to fix my toilet. I appreciate the time he took to make sure we took the best route. His tech was very professional as well ( I didn't get his name). Both were very friendly and my dogs loved them :) I will be using them again. FYI I am from Spanish Fort- not sure why the profile says San Francisco :) Thank you! Kelly M

I have used affordable plumbing for two different projects over the years. One involved an underground leak that they found and quickly corrected. The other involved the installation of a new toilet fixture. In both cases the work was fair, fast clean and courteous. An estimate was provided and the work was completed within the time and cost framework provided. Five stars.

Affordable Plumbing sent Bridget out on one days notice to help me out. She showed up on time and figured the issue right away. She fully explained it to me and then fixed it right away. The price was reasonable and I got what I paid for. Thank you, Affordable.

Affordable is not affordable. Over $400 for a simple repair of pipe in a crawl space. Failed to call the adult who hired them and instead told the teenager who was present what the cost was going to be. Refuse to return phone calls. Rip-Off. Don't bother

Having the toilets in the house back up for no apparent reason on a Saturday afternoon is a really sucky deal. One phone call, and less than one hour later, nice plumbing tech Matt shows up. Polite, professional and fast. Not sure """"Affordable"""" is apt, but it's a plumber and they are not inexpensive. Happy with the response and service and happy to have toilets functioning again in super short order. Recommend.

I've used Affordable Plumbing for numerous years for numerous different reasons. Always had prompt, good service at a cost I thought was reasonable. I have referred them to several friends who feel the same and are all still using Affordable as I am.

Hit or miss but definitely not """"affordable."""" Also, make sure you check their work after they leave or you might experience a large water leak like I did. If you charge a lot like this company does, they better consistently deliver and this company does not. Taking my business elsewhere

Plumbing leak 3pm Friday afternoon. Called Affordable. The only way to get someone there today is to join our VIP club for $151 plus $10 a month. All over the website they talk about open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.Why ask someone to pay $151 then $10 a month just to get someone after hours? Rip off!!
