Desmond is my Go To problem solver for anything HVAC! He has done at least 50 jobs for me from basic recharge to complete rebuild, and including full replacements of Heat and Air! I always call him first, and I'm happy with his service after ten years of history.

This is our go to plumbing service. Yes, they are not necessarily the cheapest service, but they show up on time and get the job done with minimal mess and fuss. We have used this company for various general plumbing (leaking pipes, new toilet install, drain clean out) and also for fixing our furnace. The service person has always been courteous and willing to answer any questions. They do usually charge for coming out to do an estimate, but that charge is dropped if you have them complete the service.

Since I'm in Yelp reviewing other plumbers, I thought that I'd make my contribution for one that I've used in the past. We've had these guys out three times. The first was under a home warranty and everything was done to our satisfaction. The second was for a hot water heater and that went OK. The third time we had a couple of small things fixed. The last time I thought that the price was a little high for what was done. I just got lazy and didn't get the usual three bids that I do for everything that requires a contractor. So, it does pay to shop around.
