I have used affordable plumbing for two different projects over the years. One involved an underground leak that they found and quickly corrected. The other involved the installation of a new toilet fixture. In both cases the work was fair, fast clean and courteous. An estimate was provided and the work was completed within the time and cost framework provided. Five stars.

I was super impressed with the great customer service from Bridget and Preston.. and they were early, they were super polite, and they actually listen to what I said. I can tell they sincerely cared about fixing all my problems. I would recommend them anytime and I will continue to use them whenever I have an issue. This company needs to keep hiring people like them.

I have used Affordable Plumbing Sewer and Drain twice in the last month, they do show up on time and smelling good but their pricing stinks! My first job was to replace 4 hose bibs, the bill was over $500, that included $20 worth of parts and a trip back to the shop. Total door to door time less than two hours, The second job was to pull a dishwasher, replace a PEX handset and install a pre-braided water line - total time at my house 60 minutes, bill $337.. Oh, and don't forget the $85. service fee for just showing up. Thanks Affordable Plumbing Sewer and Drain.

**************************beware******************** do not use this company. they charged 2 elderly people $675 to change a toilet flange. their excuse when confronted was that there cost of insurance is high. other companies charge would have been $90. they took total advantage of 2 senior citizens. very dishonest

One of my properties had low water pressure from the kitchen faucet. I have many rental properties in Mobile so I use plumbers frequently. I decided to try Affordable Plumbing because my usual plumber was not available. The technician came out and said I needed new supply lines and were 95% confident that that was the issue. They replaced the supply lines and charged $275 and that didn't solve the issue so they said I needed a new faucet. They quoted me $455 ($346 + $20 fuel charge + $89 service fee) to replace the faucet, not even including the new faucet so I would have to spend my time and money to go and buy that separately. That's on top of the $275 I had to pay for the supply lines that didn't even fix the issue. I expressed my displeasure to the technician and he said he would call the office to see what kind of discount they could offer. They offered a $25 coupon! Only $25! At this point it is really laughable. They did offer to waive the supply line charge if I used them to replace the faucet. I asked them how much for their cheapest faucet, mostly out of curiosity and so I could post the cost in this review. They quoted $777 for a faucet replacement and that is your low end, rental quality faucet that you can buy at Home Depot for less than $50. These people should be ashamed of themselves charging these prices and misleading customers by naming their company """"Affordable"""" Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. This company should be called UN-Affordable Plumbing, Heating and Air. Stay away from this company. Walley or Hansen are both better options if you want to use a larger company.

This was the first time I used Affordable Plumbing and I was very impressed from the beginning. I used the online request for an appointment and received a phone call to set it up- She was extremely professional and informative.... Tony showed on time and was very professional and informative as well. He gave me a couple of options to fix my toilet. I appreciate the time he took to make sure we took the best route. His tech was very professional as well ( I didn't get his name). Both were very friendly and my dogs loved them :) I will be using them again. Just had these guys out to fix a overflowing toilet. Josh was my service tech. Very nice , very capable and very helpful about cleaning up. Strongly recommend Affordable and especially Josh.
