I have only used them once but they are on my list going forward in the #1 spot. In the cold I had a broken pipe (argh). Thankfully it was my outside water that runs on well, so I simply turned off the well and avoided an emergency. Affordable showed up on time and as scheduled. I was given rough price expectations before the time was booked. That was appreciated. Josh was my technician. He had it all up and running quickly and even replaced the thingy that turns on the water (spigot?) with one that is much better. They do a lot more than fix pipes and soon I will get a quote from them on a Rinnai to replace by old tank water heater. Recommend!

Just had these guys out to fix a overflowing toilet. Josh was my service tech. Very nice , very capable and very helpful about cleaning up. Strongly recommend Affordable and especially Josh.

**************************beware******************** do not use this company. they charged 2 elderly people $675 to change a toilet flange. their excuse when confronted was that there cost of insurance is high. other companies charge would have been $90. they took total advantage of 2 senior citizens. very dishonest

This was the first time I used Affordable Plumbing and I was very impressed from the beginning. I used the online request for an appointment and received a phone call to set it up- She was extremely professional and informative.... Tony showed on time and was very professional and informative as well. He gave me a couple of options to fix my toilet. I appreciate the time he took to make sure we took the best route. His tech was very professional as well ( I didn't get his name). Both were very friendly and my dogs loved them :) I will be using them again. Having the toilets in the house back up for no apparent reason on a Saturday afternoon is a really sucky deal. One phone call, and less than one hour later, nice plumbing tech Matt shows up. Polite, professional and fast. Not sure """"Affordable"""" is apt, but it's a plumber and they are not inexpensive. Happy with the response and service and happy to have toilets functioning again in super short order. Recommend.

I have used Affordable Plumbing Sewer and Drain twice in the last month, they do show up on time and smelling good but their pricing stinks! My first job was to replace 4 hose bibs, the bill was over $500, that included $20 worth of parts and a trip back to the shop. Total door to door time less than two hours, The second job was to pull a dishwasher, replace a PEX handset and install a pre-braided water line - total time at my house 60 minutes, bill $337.. Oh, and don't forget the $85. service fee for just showing up. Thanks Affordable Plumbing Sewer and Drain.

Affordable is not affordable. Over $400 for a simple repair of pipe in a crawl space. Failed to call the adult who hired them and instead told the teenager who was present what the cost was going to be. Refuse to return phone calls. Rip-Off. Don't bother

I've used Affordable Plumbing for numerous years for numerous different reasons. Always had prompt, good service at a cost I thought was reasonable. I have referred them to several friends who feel the same and are all still using Affordable as I am.

After moving to our old-new home in Fairhope, we began to have slow master bath tub draining. My wife called Affordable Plumbing. The person who came out was polite, cleared the drain in the bathtub which was plugged with a hair ball. Snaking the drain cost around 250 bucks. The job was not complicated. The service was not affordable. I expect good work at a reasonable price. This service was not of good value. I will not use them ever again and I would not recommend them to family, friends or anyone else.
