Hit or miss but definitely not """"affordable."""" Also, make sure you check their work after they leave or you might experience a large water leak like I did. If you charge a lot like this company does, they better consistently deliver and this company does not. Taking my business elsewhere

Had a back up in my drainage today after 5:00 pm. Affordable showed up first on my google search so I called. I have never needed a plumber at this house so I have never called them. I was told that since I had never been their customer I was not considered a """" VIP"""" and therefore not eligible for after hours service. I asked why their advert said 24 / 7 and was told """" we do offer 24 / 7 to our VIPs ."""" I have made a mental note to NEVER call them again. I called Hansen Services. They were here in 30 -45 mins and were done in another 30- 45. Reasonable rate , fast , friendly. I will never call Affordable again. Why cant I rate no stars?

Plumbing leak 3pm Friday afternoon. Called Affordable. The only way to get someone there today is to join our VIP club for $151 plus $10 a month. All over the website they talk about open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.Why ask someone to pay $151 then $10 a month just to get someone after hours? Rip off!!

Ask for Michael in the Eastern Shore area. We called on a Sunday got a call back within a very short period of time and he was able to help us get up and running the same day. Saved us lots of money too because of his knowledge and previous experience. Thank you!

I have only used them once but they are on my list going forward in the #1 spot. In the cold I had a broken pipe (argh). Thankfully it was my outside water that runs on well, so I simply turned off the well and avoided an emergency. Affordable showed up on time and as scheduled. I was given rough price expectations before the time was booked. That was appreciated. Josh was my technician. He had it all up and running quickly and even replaced the thingy that turns on the water (spigot?) with one that is much better. They do a lot more than fix pipes and soon I will get a quote from them on a Rinnai to replace by old tank water heater. Recommend!

Just had these guys out to fix a overflowing toilet. Josh was my service tech. Very nice , very capable and very helpful about cleaning up. Strongly recommend Affordable and especially Josh.

**************************beware******************** do not use this company. they charged 2 elderly people $675 to change a toilet flange. their excuse when confronted was that there cost of insurance is high. other companies charge would have been $90. they took total advantage of 2 senior citizens. very dishonest

This was the first time I used Affordable Plumbing and I was very impressed from the beginning. I used the online request for an appointment and received a phone call to set it up- She was extremely professional and informative.... Tony showed on time and was very professional and informative as well. He gave me a couple of options to fix my toilet. I appreciate the time he took to make sure we took the best route. His tech was very professional as well ( I didn't get his name). Both were very friendly and my dogs loved them :) I will be using them again. FYI I am from Spanish Fort- not sure why the profile says San Francisco :) Thank you! Kelly M
