Called out to repair toilet that would not drain properly, the tech tried to clear the line and it still did not drain properly. He said the toilet is old we need to replace it and then should drain fine. I bought a new toilet and installed it, with no luck. When I called the office to get them back out to repair the problem, the staff was very rude and aggressive. I paid them for a service that they did not provide and they wanted to charge me again for the service while being rude and yelling at me.

We needed some creative and extensive plumbing work on our 90 yr. old home. After calling 3 other companies for estimates, Affordable Plumbing was the only company that came out and estimated the job on the spot. Their estimate was almost half what we had been quoted from past attempts (a year earlier). Their friendliness, work ethic, quality of work, cleanliness, and price is without equal. I didn't think craftsmen of this caliber even existed today. I've worked in the building industry for 20 yrs. and have never experienced a better company. They are without comparison.
