Patrick is a great local plumber (Castle Rock area), a true find! Called him about a clogged kitchen drain mid-morning and he arrived by mid-afternoon. Diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and effectively, also provided some recommendations for prevention/mitigation going forward. Great work, very good value.
To top it off, I mentioned that one of my outdoor spigots was leaking and he immediately said ""let's check it out."" He did and fixed it, even though it probably took him another 15-20 minutes at no additional cost.
He'll be my ""go to"" guy for all plumbing issues going forward.

Top to bottom, great job. I contacted Pat when I needed an estimate for a sump pump installation for a house I was going to buy. He gave me a ballpark estimate so I could go get money from the seller to install it. He was very informative and thorough with explaining the process. A month later, I called Pat to do the job and he was responsive, quick to do the job and even gave me some tips on my recently blown out sprinklers. We called Affordable Plumber to get a quick estimate on two items (pipe leak and water pressure) after an inspection. Patrick squeezed us into his schedule the same day and address both items quickly. Not only did he fix both items but explained what the issue was and what he was doing each step of the way! Local Castle Rock PLUMBER Patrick was able to squeeze me in a very busy day to repair a poorly installed hose spigot. Elevated it and installed a hard bracket to properly drain when not in use!

We had a pipe leak with water coming through our ceiling. Patrick worked us in when all the others said it would be a week before they could come out. He was fast, efficient, reasonably priced, and offered advice for our other plumbing needs. He was able to fix the leak even in a tight spot in the ceiling. My dad just moved into a new build house and three weeks into living there, all the drains in the basement stopped flowing. It was backing up the toilet, sewage flowed up the shower drain, and the sinks were clogged. Patrick came out at 8:30 pm, removed the toilet, snaked the main line, cleared the blockage, and replaced the toilet all without waking my baby who was sleeping 20 feet away.
