There a SO many other plumbers that don't change $49 to do estimates. And you can other plumbers send them pictures to get estimates. They were the highest estimate, not really the most Afforadable. Poor research for lookiing for plumber was a $49 lesson on me. And I don't appriciate the up sale.

Had a stopped up toilet around New Year's (naturally). Called several plumbers who said they could work us in in a week or so. Called Pat based on his Next Door reviews. He came out in 2 hours and fixed our problem in 5 minutes. Our subsequent interactions with him have also been great. He arrives when he says he will and everything is done perfectly and efficiently. His prices seem reasonable so he gets a big ""thumbs up"" from us and is now our go-to plumber is we have any issues.

Sounds like others have had a similar experience to mine...I thought this business would be great based on some of the older reviews, but wow, I'd watch out for this guy. Incredibly unprofessional to say the least. He also makes it very clear that he doesn't care what he puts out because at the end of the day, it won't impact his business, anyway. All I can do is take my business to someone who does care and share with others so that they are aware.

Stay Far Away from Patrick at Affordable Plumbers - Rude, Overpriced, and Completely Unprofessional

If you value your time, money, and sanity, do not hire Patrick at Affordable Plumbers. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had with a so-called ""professional.""

From the start, Patrick had an awful attitude. When I called to ask about service, he acted like I was bothering him. He was short, dismissive, and downright rude. He made no effort to be helpful.

At that point, I knew I would never give him my business. I found another plumber who was professional, respectful, and charged a fair rate--something Patrick is clearly incapable of doing.

If you're considering hiring Patrick at Affordable Plumbers, DON'T. He is rude and Unprofessional.

There are so many good plumbers out there who actually value their customers--Patrick is NOT one of them. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!

Pat is very reasonable, shows up on time, is honest and really wants a satisfied customer! He also teaches the client as he repairs. Highly recommend!

We had a leak in our bathroom. The tech was onsite at the time he promised. He and his crew were very polite and attentive to detail. They discovered that the toilet installation had never been completed, hence the leak (way to go KB Homes).

The problem was quickly resolved and the cost was very fair. I will use them again if needed.

Based on the reviews, I thought working with this company would be a slam dunk...wrong. My husband & I noticed at 4 AM the left handle to the faucet in our master bathroom wouldn't shut the water off & was also leaking onto the top of the sink. I managed to get the handle twisted in just a way that stopped the small stream so it was just an occasional drip. Not an emergency at that point but definitely wanted to get someone out to take a look at it since that sink was now out of commission & I worried the stream might start up again since it started on it's own overnight anyway.

Found Affordable Plumber CO on Yelp & they looked attractive because of their advertised 24/7 availability as well as the positive reviews saying as much. We got a response through Yelp to call a number to get on their schedule. My husband called around 7:30 AM to a terse employee. Frankly sounded like our leak was a major inconvenance to them. My husband asked if they were aware of the information we'd sent them through Yelp, got a short no. He quickly explained the issue and asked if they were available today. Also a no, but fine, how about tomorrow? We got a maybe and a request to send a picture of the faucet (which we'd already provided on Yelp but I digress). We were told that depending on the picture they may or may not be able to do the job.

Lots of red flags for us so we decided to use another company who coincidently is able to come this morning without any *itching & moaning. Why utilize Yelp as a means of communication & then act like the customer is off their rocker when they use it? Why advertise being a company that is potentially more available then others & be off putting when someone wants to schedule with you, & is being flexible on date/time? I've had all kinds of plumbing done (water heaters, faucet replacements, irrigation related, etc.) on our various properties & I find it interesting that a basic Delta bathroom faucet would be something a company that advertises 25 years master plumbing experience can't handle. It either can be fixed or needs to be replaced. And if it is a replacement that is needed, jokes on this company, because it's been on our to-do list to swap the fixtures to something more our taste. Guess the other plumbing company will potentially get that business of updating our Master Bathroom fixtures as well as any other work in our 5 bathroom house in the future.

Pat is the one to call if having problems with your plumbing. He always answers his phone and can usually solve your problems the same day. He carries spare parts on his truck and his prices are very good.
