Very unprofessional and they use very cheap equipment and material that won't even last 3 month. Do not waste your money and time.
Based on other reviews and photos, I decided to pay for an actual plumber even though these guys are the contractors selected under my home warranty. After what other people have almost unanimously said about them, I don't even want this business inside my house even if I might have to pay for plumbing.
Avoid this company if at all possible. We had no water for days and they were in no hurry to help fix the issue. Once it was fixed my husband noticed they charged us a few hundred dollars for things they did not do. Both my husband and I called daily, numerous times leaving messages when we could for weeks to discuss the situation with no return call and many times a full voicemail inbox. I refused to pay an additional $700 for work they did not do, so I stopped payment on my check. Of course they returned my call then, but not without a lot of back and forth and hassle. Here we are not even a year later and the cold water line busted and would have flooded my garage, but we caught it in time. Again, we called with no answer, full voicemail inbox... my husband finally received a call and they said they could swing by sometime to look at it. Sometime!?! This was an emergency due to the lack of excellence they neglected to provide. My husband had to leave work early, shut off the water from the street (there was no shut off valve on the tank which they should have installed), and repaired himself although the tank is still under warranty, but we couldn't wait for ""sometime"". Look at their ""professional"" work compared to my husband's excellence.
Kristen H.One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. We filed a claim, they were assigned to us. They called me and were very difficult to work with. They gave me only mornings from 8-1. I explained I worked mornings but could get somewhere out there to meet them. I confirmed multiple times that they were going to call before they came. I called this morning. Confirmed the phone number to call and that they'd call me. A while later I notice someone is at my door through the ring doorbell. Attempt to talk to him, can't hear me. Call the company and they say they aren't sure if he's there and may or may not be able to get a hold of him. At his time I can see his car still in my driveway. I get upset not terrible just saying this isn't my fault. No one called to tell me they are on their way. I have someone that can meet them but want to confirm he's staying. I had explained to the lady on Thursday my situation. They say they'll calI on their way. I have my phone records to prove it.I guess the lady called the guys that was supposed to meet me. He said he called multiple times. He did not call. I have phone records to prove it. However the company didn't call me back to tell me anything or what they found out. I call back, the owner REGINA yells at me. Tells me they have 50 people to today and I'm not the only one. They have no responsibility to me and if I'm not willing to be 100% available to them they don't need my business and hung up on me. She was the worst. She said I treated her employee terrible. I did not. I simply said you guys promised me someone would call no one did. I have never been TReated that way in my life. I am appalled shes the owner and gets away with this. If you want to look at any of my previous reviews I'd say 100% of them are positive so this is very unlike me to write a negative one. WORST COMPANY EVER. Would never recommend them
Edit: . My husband and I figured out the problem. Turns out the person sent to our house called the wrong number. Twice ?. My husband is out of town two hour time difference and the call didn't go through He called my husband. Even though I called at 8:01 am this morning and gave them MY number to call and confirmed they would call that. We had also given them the correct number Thursday. When I made this appointment they assured me we WOULD get a call before they came. Once again. I did everything I could to ensure that it worked out. Even though it was their fault, I had someone running to our house to let them in as I could still see them in our driveway and they would not wait. And then man still chose to leave. Also, it's astounding they fit 50 people in one day. Seriously doubt you get good service that is done competently with having to do 50 people in one day by one person as they stated to me over the phone.
Cseamunchkin N.The rudest receptionists I have ever dealt with. The only reason I go through this company is because it's the only plumbing company my home warranty uses. First I was told I never had an appointment when I literally talked to the same person 2 days ago and then I was told the technician showed up and I wasn't home. I had called 2 hours prior to the technician supposedly showing up because I had to run an errand due to the death in my family telling them EXACTLY when I would be gone and back on their voicemail. Nobody returned my call nor answered the phone. Then they try to blame me for the situation. The technician never called when they were in my area. Caused me to miss a funeral of a loved one. She said ""You should not schedule it on the day of a funeral,"" like I expected my grandpa to die. After rescheduling the appointment, she just hung up on me. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I expect a call from the owner.
American Home Shield sent them out to repair my leaking kitchen faucet. After 10 minutes, he told me what I had already told him- the faucet is broken. I told him it was frustrating because I replaced that faucet earlier this year. He said it should be under warranty, but I told him it's an off brand and that I don't have packaging or the reciept. He said would tell the warranty co to replace it, but they would replace it with a basic builder's grade. He said I could pay $125 for an upgrade for a basic Moen faucet. I told him I could get a decent Moen for that price. He told me that if I ask AHS what my options are, they would have to offer me a cash replacement for $100.
AHS contacted me and said that the plumber told them that my old faucet was only 6 months old and covered under manufacturer's warranty and now they won't replace it. Looking at the other reviews, it looks like this guy only get his business through warranty companies because it's a guaranteed service fee no matter how shitty his service is. Very frustrated as I am out $100 for the service call and $150 for a faucet that I had to install myself. Thanks a lot of lying to AHS, buck-o.
1 star cause ZERO isn't an option. Not only are they unreliable and HORRIBLE at communicating. They came to do a job at my house. My tub drain seal. They broke the piece that unscrews it from the tub...and left without saying anything. They figured out a way to MAKE IT WORSE
Felton M.PSA... Never ever use Affordable Leak Detection. This is the work they do and they track it all through your house for 3 days and leave insulation everywhere with babies in the house and their trash. The owner never apologized, but said his guys didn't do what they were taught and offered to send a maid service out, scheduled it and then cancelled the day of scheduled service because he didn't want to pay what they were going to charge and ended up cussing the Merry Maids Manager out and hanging up. My wife waited all day for the maid to show up and called and the manager told her what happened and apologized that the plumber didn't tell me he cancelled it. My wife called the Buddy and he went off on her about the cost to clean it up.
This was the company that my home warranty sent out for the slab leak. $5400 and counting. I called him he was extremely disrespectful! He told me he wasn't paying got the clean up! I'm constantly find more things they damaged! I though we had everything fix but....SMH

Jeff R.I had them come out to look at my water heater and they convinced me that I needed a special tank to be added to keep air from going through my lines and turns out I didn't need it. This company will sell you something you don't need. They are CROOKS. Find someone else..
If I could shut this place down I would in a heart beat. They are of no use nor help! When you call to tell them how awful the service was and how nothing was resolved they talk over you, are rude and combative. They don't care what you have to say and will charge you ridiculous amounts of money to legitimately tell you there is nothing they can find or do. They were hired through an equally awful warranty company yet I had to pay them $325 plus a 6% fee for a leak detection that was never completed.
They had 3 techs, 1 being in my bathroom for over 30 minutes and clogging my toilet up, in and out of any and every door in my home like they were children playing a game of tag. When the first tech arrived he showed 40 minutes before the other 2 and walked into my home and told us he has no idea why he was even there or what he was supposed to be doing. Laughable.
So we call yesterday about our money being refunded after WE found the leak in an area they NEVER LOOKED!! We were told Buddy would call us to resolve this matter. NOONE CALLED! So we called again this morning, they acted as if they didn't have any knowledge of the call the day before.We were transferred to an absolutely awful woman whom refused to disclose her name, obviously to hide after being so ugly. She refused to listen as we were PROVING her and her techs were and are WRONG and we firmly stand behind wanting our money back as they did nothing but waste our time, a/c, cause more issues and left us high and dry.
Absolutely terrible company and we will be furthering our frustration when we take them to small claims court for the time and money wasted on their unmet and incomplete services.
All yall had to do was do right by the customers whom use your company. Instead you rip them off and continue to make things worse by placing unprofessional, combative and frankly disgusting women on the phone to do your dirty work. So sad.
I will make sure everyone knows how yall run your company and how you treat PAYING CUSTOMERS.
