Affordable Heat and Air Service

I began my search for a company to come out to my home to look at my old leaky water heater. After scanning many companies and finding one that offered 24/7 service, I decided to call Affordable heat and air. My first call to them, I was under the impression that someone would return my call. After waiting several hours, I returned to their website and sent them an email to contact me. After a long night and waking up this morning extremely irritated, I decided to check my messages to see if anyone had contacted me. During my rant and rave, I spent some time researching Affordable heat and air located in Murfreesboro Tn and found that this so called company doesn't have any license or credentials of any sort on record. I did find a license that was active for an Affordable heat and cooling many years ago, but located in Nashville. Thank goodness this company never returned my call. BE AWARE! Do not trust this company.

Service was horrible. Only one lady picks up the phone and she was unprofessional.
This company put in 2 brand new units in my rental 3 yrs ago and the parts needs to be changed out often. They charge a lot for a very cheap brand. This company is such a rip off. Becareful!
