Martin is not only affordable, but also very able and affable. Best handyman I've had to date.

We had a number of minor to medium jobs around the house that he had done in under an hour. He was so quick that we ended up keeping him around for another hour to take care of additional jobs.

(My fiance is walking around saying, ""everything is looking so good"" as I type this.)

Martin really went above and beyond what he asked him to do.

Anyway, to wrap it up -- quality work, done quickly, low cost and a great personality.

Martin came through again! When I called him back to fix a baseboard that

I can't say enough about how great it was to work with Martin. Having recently moved into a new condo, I was having some trouble getting my washer and dryer to work with the space and electrical set-up that was already there. I called Martin and he was there within hours. He quickly assessed the problem and arranged to return the following evening with the necessary tools and materials. He arrived promptly the next day with everything he needed and did a fantastic job. He was professional, efficient and considerate of my home, as well as being incredibly personable and overall a joy to work with. Being fairly new to the city of Chicago, I was verrrry wary of choosing a handyman online, but I decided to and selected Martin because he had wonderful reviews. I'm very happy to say that I had a five star experience as well! I had several plumbing issues that needed to be resolved....garbage disposal, flapper on a toilet and bathtub faucet. The first two were resolved almost immediately, but the faucet took a little longer because a part had to be ordered. However, Martin was able to resolve all these issues. And, I found him to be very cost effective, reliable and honest. I am absolutely thrilled to know someone now that I can feel comfortable calling to do all kinds of general maintenance in my unit.

He did an over the phone consultation after I e-mailed inquiring about his services. He gave me an estimate for serivces at that time and sent a confirmation email of the date and time of the appointment. Martin was punctual, respectful and knowledgable. He worked quickly and efficiently while making sure he understood exactly what I wanted before beginning the project. Martin also made sure I was happy with the results before he left. Martin is a very respectful and friendly man. I told him over the phone that I had three things that needing fixing. He ended up fixing two out of the three when he came to give me an estimate. Awesome job! He fixed my garbage disposal and fan in my bathroom. The next day he caulked and sealed the bathroom shower. He was a little pricey, in my opinion, but overall, very helpful. Total it was $156.50. I would use him again because he was efficient and reliable.
