Called these clowns was told 3pm meeting. Showed up 45 min late and he was annoyed I wasn't waiting on him. Extremely cocky and condescending. Extremely racist. Stay away from these clowns. Will contact Trane and make them aware of who they refer.

What a wonderful experience working with Affordable Comfort! Not only is the staff incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but they are also incredibly pleasant to speak to and work with! My husband and I had a Trane Heat pump installed in our home and the gentlemen who did the work were courteous and efficient. You can tell that this is truly a company that cares about customers and goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. Would absolutely recommend their service to anyone!

MONEY HUNGRY CROOKS ii they looked over a job to have a hot water installed and looked at the electrical box said all is good easy install ----when the guys came they started doing what the boss asked the to do ---no problems thus far ---when the Big Boss showed up he looks at the electrical panel and told me you need more breaks and it will cause you 850 dollars ---i told him you everything over and said all was good ---he then tells me "" well i didn't open the electrical panel so there i am speech less and i didnt want to do this but i had to call my Brother in law Who is a licence master electrician in NYC --when i told him what was happening He wanted to speak to the head boss but he took off like a bat out of hell ---my brother in law told me the peace would only case 100 dollars ----so this CROOK was trying to RIP ME OFF OF 600 dollars PLEASE BE Careful Thanks for trying to make a buck of someone who is not knowledgeable in this field

It's hard to find an honest contractor in any trade. My experiences with Affordable Comfort have been nothing short of excellent. Although my equipment had some issues due to manufacturing defects, Greg and his team put an amazing amount of effort into resolving everything with the manufacturer and getting me to a good, reliable system.

In my experience, the measure of a contractor is not just in how well he does things, but also how well he handles the inevitable issues that crop up in complex jobs. These guys are easily a five-star company in both regards.

I would not hire them again even if they were the last heating contractor on earth and it was an ice age cold. These people are incompetent, and they are as dishonest as it gets. They have messed up a simple job and lied about it. I had to hire another contractor to fix their mistakes. Stay away!
