Called Bruce last night at 8pm due to my A/C not working. Bruce showed up at 9:30pm and had me up and running in 10 min from start to finish. (had to replace a bad capacitor).

Thank you Bruce for inspecting my central air and assessing the cause of my A/C leak.

After a small remodel of a bathroom we had a leak in the plumbing. Called Cameron's and Bruce returned my call promptly and scheduled a time to come out the next day. He arrived on time and after looking at the problem said he probably could fix it without replacing the valve, which I thought was needed. (I had a similar problem in another bath we had done the year before). Bruce had it fixed in no time, for 1/3 of what a plumber had charged me a year ago to solve the problem in the other bathroom. At all times Bruce was friendly and professional and did a 5 star job.

The only other thing I would like to add is Bruce is a bit hard of hearing, which means you might have to repeat yourself a bit when on the phone with him. Don't let that put you off, he is very professional and does a great job.

Bruce, the owner operator of Cameron's HVAC and Plumbing came to my house on a Sunday because my air conditioning didn't work.

He did a great job. Yes there was an upcharge for weekend service. But I was glad for his help. It is 85 today.

Bruce is very experienced. He comes in his work van with his name on the side. Inside are all the various tools and extra parts. I originally asked for Bruce to come to replace a run capacitor, which he did, but he explained that it was another part which caused this part to fail. Because he keeps extra parts in his van, he had to part so a second trip was not needed. I also asked Bruce to check my freon pressure which he did. My house is 17 years old and it is normal for the pressure to go down. I needed 1/2 lb to improve the cooling speed of my air conditioner.

What I liked about Bruce is he explained thoroughly what he was doing and why he was doing it. This was important to me because we did more than I originally though, but it was work that needed to get done, I understood his explanations and I am glad to get it all fixed at one time.

While Bruce was here I also asked him to look at my water heater and give me an estimate. My water heater is 17 years old and I think it is going to fail.

Some HVAC companies will tell you that a air conditioning unit of 17 years will need replacement. My advise to you is to find an HVAC pro you can trust, like Bruce and only replace what is needed.

Everything breaks down after a while, but don't just replace something because it is old. Replace it because it is no longer cost effective to fix.

Highly recommended.
