For residential projects, we manage home additions, remodels, kitchen and living room renovations, bath remodels, and Additional Dwelling Units (ADUs).

Steven Somoza, the owner of Affordable Building Solutions Inc., possesses over 20 years of expertise in construction. He applies this hands-on experience to oversee the details of his residential projects, which vary in size from 400 to 8,000 square feet. He earned a Bachelor’s degree from Upper Iowa University, attended Electrical Trade School at Wyotech in Long Beach, CA, and holds a California G & B Contractor's License. Steven has significant experience in both commercial and residential renovations and new constructions.
