We concentrate on full-service construction and renovation. We offer services such as plumbing, electrical installations, framing, painting, concrete, and kitchen and bathroom remodels.

Our commercial construction services include tenant upgrades, office expansions, retail construction, and various other services.

In residential construction, we handle home expansions, renovations, kitchen and living area updates, bathroom remodels, and ADUs.

Like many contracting companies, we started as individual ventures and grew into a partnership, bringing together 20 years of construction knowledge. Our clients range from individuals and property rehab firms to corporations and HOAs, giving us insight into the diverse requirements of our customers. Our staff is equipped to address these demands efficiently. We aim to surpass our clients' expectations by providing top-notch services on time and with a positive attitude.

Steven Somoza, President of Affordable Building Solutions Inc., has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He leverages this extensive experience to manage the intricacies of his residential projects, ranging from 400 to 8,000 square feet. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Upper Iowa University, has completed Electrical Trade School at Wyotech in Long Beach, CA, and possesses a California G & B Contractor's License. He has extensive experience in commercial and residential renovations as well as new builds.
