This company is completely unreliable. We had scheduled appointment.No show. No call. I contacted again. They said miscommunication with staff. Set up again. No show. No call. And have not responded with me since.

Impossible to get a hold of a live person at this so-called business. They never answer the phone or return calls, texts, or emails. Then they just show up randomly, whenever they feel like it, for a 5-minute job. I thought maybe they were just busy at the time, but I experience the same situation every time. Sorry, not my style. These companies are a dime a dozen, and there are other more responsive companies out there.

I have them to do backflow test, irrigation winterization and start-up. Easy to schedule via text message. They showed up as promised and called before the arrival. Great to work with both owner Patrick and Bryan. Will hire them again.

Called to schedule. Person was friendly. They came out on the day (today) they said they would. We put the check under the doormat. They replaced it with a report that said we passed. They took the time to draw a smiley face to go with it. Nice touch. :)

We got a group discount for having 5 neighbors schedule on the same day. Very affordable even without the discount though. Professional. No complaints. Will more than likely be using them again.

This is a hard working family business that makes it a priority to get people's backflow done ASAP at an affordable price. They do not work on their web presence because they are working long hours getting all their clients serviced in this busy world. They are ""essential"" business right now, so if you need your backflow tested now, go ahead and order ASAP to support this small business!

I called them to set up a backflow test. I reached a recording telling me that their office hours were between 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. It was just after 3 when I called on a weekday so their credibility is questionable.

I have had them test my backflow for years. They also start my sprinkler system in the spring and they winterize in the winter. I like that their prices are always great! From the lady who answers the phone to the gentleman that test my device they are always friendly.

Always take time to answer any questions. Had some minor
